Don't read anything into this..Early tipoff doldrums and Warriors notoriously playing down to compe ion.. there is a reason they are 13-0 vs Spurs/LAC/Thunder/CLE/Toronto..
It's not the tip off time. They haven't lost to old geezer teams when they have had Curry in the lineup, just a bunch of young teams who have nothing to lose or are playing with house money:

    -Bucks
    -Nuggets
    -Blazers
    -Pistons
    -Lackers

The Heatles were laughing during the 2011 Finals before shyt got tight, a bunch of front runner. (Curry was depressed when he was struggling during last year's series against the Grizz & Draymond lost his confidence early in the Finals, Iggy is their REAL MVP)

That should be a good warm up series for Blake before they face the Worriers (I hope they face the Jazz since they are young & DGAF)

Memphis are the worst 5th seed in West in recent memory..Clippers really should tank 3rd seed chase to get them..maximum 5 games series..

Well, the people that pay for Lakers games this year haven't been very happy then, no?
To say the least... But Kobe's farewell tour somewhat makes it okay. Hopefully they can start building a squad that can win 30-40 games next season.

They should really rest Chris Paul when Blake comes back b/c otherwise he is going to get injured in the 2nd rd from being overworked, AGAIN! (But now he can actually coast through the 1st rd & be 100% for Curry)

They also don't want to play the Mavs b/c Carlisle will hack the shyt out of DeAndre & Deron will postup CP3.

Which is why he needs a playoff series to be in peak condition otherwise he isn't going to have more than a month before the playoffs.

Why would Laker fans be chanting Kobe? Makes no sense. How about pumping up the guys that you know, actually won you the game?
I don't know if you heard but apparently Kobe is retiring next month. One of the last times he will play at Staples Center. Its a show of respect. It tends to happen win or lose late in games even on the road.

Ya - everyone knows he's retiring and LA fans should be thrilled about that. He's played a lot of games at home already. It's not news anymore.

Today was a big deal for the young guys/team. Chanting for them or the team makes sense. But most LA fans are player fans so it's not unexpected, just silly.

If you can't understand fans honoring a player who spent 20 years with their team broke multiple records and won 5 championships there then I feel sorry for Tim Duncan.

Especially since Kirby went 4/14 and got benched halfway through the third and didn't return, yet Staples is chanting his name as if he helped the team in any way

Don't see any point for Rockets to make the playoffs, tbh.. they are getting swept by both GSW/SA %100..The Jazz have been sucking, but at least they don't have "broken down group" feel to them..
