Look, I'm no fan of Trump but it's called a proportionate response. What we saw the other day was completely disproportionate. It's the equivalent of having a domestic violence call in the house and the police coming in and shooting the offender.

Where are you getting those odds? I'd be tempted to put money on him at that kind of payout. I think Trump is going to have a hard time getting to 1237 without open primaries, and in a brokered convention no way the Republicans are just going to say the voters and pick Little Marco or Romney. They can choose Cruz and say they're still listening to voters. I think Cruz is probably better than 50/50 to get the nomination.

We don't know who is telling the truth. I suspect the police strongly pushed for Trump to cancel the event here and in Chicago. However, no one wants to say it was their call. Trump doesn't want to look weak and the police don't want to look like they are meddling with free speech.

Doesn't Trump always side with the police and claimed that they are being mistreated. He could have easily said that the police advised against doing an event and that the words of law enforcement swayed him to cancel the event.

Second police force to confirm that they did not advise Trump to cancel the rally. The guy is lying. He picks a school that is around 70% minority attended in Chicago to stage a BS protest and continue to get free press to cover up his lousy debate performances and 35% of the American population is eating it up.
