If he's out of the house, she can't shoot, right? I know in Texas law you can kill someone as long as they're in your house since it's considered a violent act to break into a house or apartment even if no one is present (but not a closed business, for example, where there would be no expectation of someone being there).

LOL at him being from the hood and thus needing to get his money for school clothes from robbing houses.

I'd kill someone stealing my if he is in my house, because the cops sure don't give a and aren't going to do anything to get my property back. When people I know have been robbed the police are completely useless. They only care about tickets and drugs.

    Does it matter?

He's a ing s bag violating someone elses home. How he's dead. I feel no remorse for those who commit first degree crimes crime against others.

Society is better of with one less skumbag.

That really is part of it. The justice system fails in so many ways. more people need to off buglers.

Buy a gun. Protect what is yours.

What do you expect when someone's house is being robbed in the middle of the night? It can be a scary and traumatic situation. Plus the homeowner doesn't know if the burglar is armed. Quit being so obtuse all the time.

Lotta stuff to weigh here. If the kid is leaving you shoot him in the back... Then his upstanding relatives get out of the pen and you get to think about protecting your family every night. Lots a crap comes with killing someone. Big talk is cheap when you have never actually had to carry out the act.

would they only come after me if i shot him in the back?

are you saying this family is honorable and will only retaliate if i shoot him in the back?
