Meh Clippers just choosing their 1st round opponent. Memphis are dropping like a stone and have a very tough schedule. Clippers want them at 5th. They have another meeting before the season's end and would likely lose again.
Either way, it's a win-win for the Spurs.

I was big on Ray. Just needs playing time and an easier, but still disciplined, offensive scheme. Spurs probably has zero intent to use Ray until next year.
Sad,, the spurs are all about the free agents over development. They're pretty much the Lakers of central Texas is that regard.

McCallum just needed to develop more and it wasn't going to happen here. Needs playtime for a team that can afford to give it to him. We're in win now mode and what he had to bring just wasn't what we needed at the time. Seemed like a great guy though.
