Spurs will be the #1 seed, the Grizz will beat the Cripples in the 1st rd so the Spurs will get a cakewalk to the WCF.

Tough loss for the Spurs, but he was indeed the weakest link aside from the Redhead. It's nice to see young players performing well after coming out of Pop's bootcamp.

14 pts in 35 minutes; that's like a flu game for Jimmer (and not the MJ flu game type of game).

Meh Clippers just choosing their 1st round opponent. Memphis are dropping like a stone and have a very tough schedule. Clippers want them at 5th. They have another meeting before the season's end and would likely lose again.

Either way, it's a win-win for the Spurs.

I'm thinking tgis blake injury is a blessing in disguise for the clippers. Griffin should be ready physically in a 2nd round matchup with the warriors...and he will never get burned playing too much
...'m so looking forward to that matchup.

If Blake can play at the level he played to start the season...damn, that series is going to be a lot closer than people expect

It cannot be a win-win for one en y. Win-win means both sides win.

I was big on Ray. Just needs playing time and an easier, but still disciplined, offensive scheme. Spurs probably has zero intent to use Ray until next year.

Sad,, the spurs are all about the free agents over development. They're pretty much the Lakers of central Texas is that regard.

McCallum just needed to develop more and it wasn't going to happen here. Needs playtime for a team that can afford to give it to him. We're in win now mode and what he had to bring just wasn't what we needed at the time. Seemed like a great guy though.

yeah, this was likely a stealth Clippers tank to keep Memphis at 5th seed ....Doc will be soon DNPing Paul few times because they have ridden him hard..they will get to work Blake back into early season shape for the last 2 weeks + cushy 1st round...
