Seemed just fine the night before...
Ya he had an off night but if you don't think the Spurs defense was a reason why..that's foolish
He had good looks, the shots just just didnt go in
We didnt really "stop" him tbh

You can't stop and yes he will hit a few more shots but what we did was the best you can do and makes them beatable.
Actually, they did stop him -- but it's not going to work every time.
I wish we could've snapped that 3 point streak
If they keep their focus I think it can work everytime atleast enough to win.
I thought at first you meant the game, but then realized it was something Ayesha tweeted later that night.
BS. Spurs D had a lot to do with his struggles. They played him better than any team has this season. With that said, they're not going to be able to have that type of effort every time they play the Warriors if they do indeed meet them in the playoffs. Curry will play better and get better looks. It was a great Defensive effort by the Spurs though.
Spurs gave up 17 turnovers, and 12 of those turnovers were steals (live ball variety). They somehow still outscored GS off turnovers 11-7, and only gave up 11 fast break points. Turnovers need to be cut down, but they recovered well on Saturday night.
In part it's true, but Spurs overall defense were really good.
Tbh Curry always seems to have off nights vs. the Spurs. Warriors are 2-7 over the last 9 regular season games following the 2013 playoffs, tbh, imho, iirc.
Espn said warriors execs think curry was under the weather too smh.. The guy averages 14ppg in San Antonio during the regular season in his career. It shouldnt be that big a deal
*I'm gonna log in for attention*
Spurs played great defense & Curry missed some makeable looks. Spurs outside of maybe two possessions did a great job covering Curry from 3. However he was still "Curry open" on a few. They are tough looks but that is what he does. Tbh about as good as you can defend him.
He only had 15 points the last time he played in SA..
Lol, Lefty doing everything he can to downplay Parker holding Curry scoreless when he was on him.
Typically when you're guarded well and bothered and miss a couple shots...it's not uncommon you'll start missing shots you usually make..
Same can be said when shooters get in a "zone"..you can sometimes make shots you typically miss.
It's part of being a shooter..
Oh, and an "off-night" for Curry is 2-7 from 3. Not 1-12. That's never happened in his career before this game:

Actually your search is quite restrictive, but expanding it to 3P% < 10% you will see that:
- he had a lot of games with zero 3-pointers early on (between 2009 and 2012)
- it rarely happened afterwards (but a few times around Nov-Dec 2014... was he playing injured?)
- it happened twice recently, including last game and the loss against the Lakers where he was held to 1-10
I think the Spurs would be stupid to go forward thinking anything but that he had an off night. Treating him like he's able to hit anything he puts up at any time is probably the only chance they have of having a winning record against them this season.

he had 0 good looks in the whole game (from 3)
