Game 4 is in San Antonio, should be able to close them out, tbh...
Time to get a in' grip about the mountain to climb for us...
Game 4 is in San Antonio, should be able to close them out, tbh...
lol, we winning in 6 got
Guess we're gonna win in 6 then, LMAO
Warriors will be favored in a series, partly due to HCA..the Spurs have been unimpressive on the road vs. good teams, this season, like OP said..
However, it only takes 1 game, and most of the players on this team step up in big games, tbh..
meh..don't think the Warriors are going 0-3 in SA..
Lol,Detroit. We won at Miami, Atlanta, Boston, Memphis, Portland, Houston, Dallas. All currently playoff teams. Detroit is 9th in the friggin' East.
Most of these players dont step up against average teams on the road, if we're being completely ing honest. Green has actively stepped DOWN this year.
The same core of players who won game 6 in okc are still on the team. Why wouldn't they be able to win in GS?
Harlem getting that dap.

Ok, but most of them have a history of stepping up in big games..
Most people didnt think the Thunder were going 0-3 in SA in 2014
Why do they have to win game 7? Why not just win one of the first two games and take care of homecourt.
OP is a low IQ poster.
Spurs.
In.
Six.
Spurs were pretty at home too in the playoffs last year, awful actually outside of Game 3, so let's not assume SA will win all their home games in a series with GS.
Yeah b/c last year's beatup playoff squad could hold a candle to the current Spurs.![]()
It's like comparing the 2013-14 Worriers to last year's squad that won it all.![]()
The '12-'13 Spurs were pretty mediocre on the road during the regular season & only had one game where they didn't have a chance to steal a road game in the postseason (Gm 2 @ Miami): http://www.basketball-reference.com/teams/SAS/2013_games.html#teams_games_playoffs::none
On the other hand, the '14-'15 Worriers were 39-2 & almost lost the first two games against the Rockets after losing a home game to the Grizz. The first two game in the Finals were also decided in OT & Gm 5 was up for grabs midway through the 4th quarter. None of those squads (Rockets/Grizz/Cavs) would win a game at AT&T against the current Spurs.
If there is one thing that travels, it's defense & the Spurs have the best defense since the '04-'05 rule changes by a large margin.
I'm not going to put much stock into random regular season road losses when Pop is playing Mad Scientist, the team isn't focused, Boris looks disengaged, Kawhi looks bored...etc. Shyt, they were sleepwalking against the Mavs in 2014 but ended up putting on the greatest Finals show in recent memory.
Besides, DET isn't the only road win against a very good home team:
-Blazers (beat the Worriers)
-Celtics (should have beaten the Worriers if Isaiah Thomas didn't miss a million shots: http://espn.go.com/nba/recap?id=400828223)
-Hawks (Were leading in the 4th quarter: http://espn.go.com/nba/recap?gameId=400828723)
-Heat (Got beat on a Curry 3 after Whiteside blocked Draymond: http://espn.go.com/nba/recap?id=400828735)
-Bucks (beat the Worriers)
-Jazz (Hood missed a potential game winning 3: http://espn.go.com/nba/recap?id=400828146)

Spurs can win at Oracle ... but they will not win a series against a healthy Dubs team ... its not gonna happen
They blew a 25 points lead and can't make a push later after they happen to a close game against Hornets and ing Jeremy Lin... You want to talk about game 7? What right you have? Just because you beat them only barely at home, when you make big preparation against them while Warriors were on b2b, missing key players and just play natural with off night of Curry and Thompson... You also forgetting the last time Warriors where at full force against the Spurs, when it was the biggest ass opening ever! How can you talk about game 7? Even if you succeed getting to the conference finals and face the Dubs you should first think on how you don't get swept by them!
The Clippers will eliminate GS in round 2, so I'm not worried.
Spurs can't win on the road, so there's really no point in continuing from here. Guess it's time to give up on the season . . . .
