Sad news. Sager was awesome.
If only crater face would've cut the schtick and shown the man some respect on live tv.

Pop has got no culpability here. Each of us, we're all dying. Sager always knew how, now he knows when.

Saw him walking the sidelines at AT&T Center during the Bulls/Spurs game about 10 days ago. I remember thinking how awesome it was that he was still able to do that job, after all he's been through.

That, to me, will always be the legacy of the Sager-man.
Pop's treatment of Sager was all for show, that should've been obvious after the last time his cancer was announced.
Sad news though, hopefully he spends his remaining time with his family.
I never saw him get offended, he always took the jokes in stride.
I've seen some people live just over a year after recurrence. Unfortunately the 3-5 year survival is virtually nil. Hopefully he can buck the odds.
Great run Craig, you'll be missed.
I just remember him gettin all persnickety on occasion when asked about his suits. Like he was tired about the question.
At worst 6 months. He could live longer.
Aren't doctors always giving you wrong timetables?
Is that year a rare occurrence though, and 3-6 months the norm?
Still, I bet Pop feels like an asshole for all that he's done to humilate the guy.
