i think that is just the surface tbh. It was pretty obvious from the beginning that he has no clue about D, about making sound offensive decision, about hustle, about taking good shots and so on. I mean, the first few months, all he was trying to do was to pass no looks, and i mean that literally. How can a coach not get annoyed by it.. Especially when he knows that he would get murdered for not playing him and when he has guys like young. lou and kirby that are poster boys for bad team play. He really has a hard job.

From the insider report I saw Russ never expected it to leak and go viral ... again no excuse for him ...because by being young he should know how snapchat works better than me. It was stupid to record in the first place regardless.

I have a cousin (me and the other best man) was just talking about this ...we threw a bachelor party in L.A. for that a couple dudes took pics. If there was snapchat at that party I promise you it would of ended at least a half dozen relationships. When we found that picture we chastised the guy and made him destroy all hard and digital copies in our presence. We didnt shun him forever but of course some trust was broken. If those pics got out it would have been horrible. If they never did it's just a life-lesson a teachable moment.

Russ let it get out and now he must face the consequences but this he can never play in the league stuff is bull . But he has to play well. If it comes down to him and someone else of equal ability a team would choose the other guy because he will be less drama.
