I did not have that same understanding ... I believe he admitted to recording but was adamant he did not leak it. I think the guys like Sjax are all acting as if he recorded and sent. The key to me though is either way he caused harm to a team-mate and the harmony of the team. But I 100% reject the notion that any professional athlete can say that ... that I couldnt play with him or he can never get past this or regain trust. Good question. Not sure and I think he should have explained that part better. But even so he still would have to take accountability for the damaged it caused. IF i have company proprietary on my personal phone and it gets hacked stolen whatever and it gets out ...that wouldnt excuse me for being accountable for the damage the lost information may cause to my company. So though I think his intent or lack thereof should help with his team-mates to a certain extent he is still liable for the damaged he caused to young's relationship and the disharmony of the team. I do not excuse him for that regardless.

But not sure what Deeps would from an apology. He apologized to the team. he apologized to Nick. He spoke to the media. I did not hear him apologize to the fans but short of that what else could or should he do?
