Dumb ass, you don't try to beat Gobert to the rim or try to shoot over him unless he's off balance. LMA had the mismatch against a smaller guy who ISN'T "one of the best defenders in the league" after the Gobert switch but Porker called his number 3 times & was lucky to his a DESPERATION 3.
I swear some of you guys must have never played basketball. One way to deny feeding the post is to front the post player and jamb the passer. Which was done by Utah. Parker tried to dribble to get and angle and saw that Gobert overplayed and left lane open. Tried to get to the rim and release a high arching shot but the best defensive disruptor in the league was able to swat it away.

Again, if it was Bogut switched onto Porker then it would be fine but Pork waved off everyone & called his number when Gobert switched onto him. Hood was on LMA & when a small defender is fronting a big close to the rim all you have to do is throw it up high or even INTENTIONALLY brick a shot against glass for an uncontested layup. No need for feeding the post.

Nash made a living forcing switches on bigs then beating them to the rim before dropping a lead pocket pass to the big that was rolling to the rim, HE DIDN'T FEED THE POST.

On the play where Porker made a desperation 3, LMA had beaten Hood & was rolling to the rim but Porker had the horse blinders on & wasn't even thinking about making a pass whatsoever which is why he ran to the corner. (Once he got past Gobert, he had a lane to throw the pocket bounce pass instead he had his eyes were laser focused on the rim.)

He could have also spun back baseline (aka fake pullout reverse) when he was running to the corner b/c Gobert was overplaying him to his left. It would either have been a layup or lob to LMA who could also have gotten the offensive rebound if Porker missed.

A broken clock is correct twice a day & in Porker's case 1 out of 3 during crunch time.

LOL but he did hit the shot. TP misses that, and it's an L for the Spurs.

i guess you never played the PG position. You missed the help defender coming from weak side as Aldridge was cutting, defender guarding Aldridge was also in front of him, And Gobert is a tall and long defender for Parker to make a wrap around pass. But go ahead and pretending to know what you are talking about. The rest of us find your basketball takes amusing.
You also missed that there were only 3 seconds left when he Parker took the three pointer. You may have not noticed since you're not a PG but Parker looked at shot clock on other side of court and knew he had to hurry. I'm sure if he made a pass to Aldridge and gave it to him with 2 seconds you probably would have complained as well. Lol non-basketball playing fans.

Dumbass, he had the opportunity to make pocket BOUNCE pass (no need for wrap around when Porker was IN FRONT of Gobert: pause it at the 4 sec mark) BEFORE Booker stepped in when Porker had his eye laser focused at the rim without any intentions of making the pass. Even if Booker stepped in, it would have been a blocking foul (unless Porker botched up the pass) or the baseline would have been available for the corner shooter/cutter.

There is a reason why they call him a SCORING point guard dude has ZERO intentions of passing the ball.

It's would have been an L b/c Porker would have missed 3 STRAIGHT shots against Gobert when LMA had a mismatch.

LOL. Thinking a player should make a pass when being guarded by a long athletic 7'6" defender and cutter is sandwiched between two players OR even thinking a lob is possible. LOL. You guys crack me up with your basketball takes.

Dumbass, Gobert is 7'6" but he can't defend a bounce pass when a 6'2" point guard is in front of him unless he kicks it (which wouldn't have been possible in this specific case b/c he wasn't moving his feet).

As far as the being "sandwiched", that is why "pocket passes" exist dumbass & there was a CLEAR pocket at the 4 second mark to complete a bounce pass toward's LMA. Booker wouldn't have been able to do anything besides commit a blocking foul.

Idiot, I brought up the "lob" pass or throwing up a brick against the glass in the context of the other play where Porker got blocked at the rim when LMA was being fronted by a in' POINT GUARD (or when a big is being fronted by a guard in general):

Got any more Church League knowledge to impart on ST.

LOL. A lob or off the backboard pass on that type of play. There's like one or two players in the world that can make that type of pass and I don't know any of them. This isn't NBA 2K16. I think Phil Jackson called people like you The Simulator Crew.

Dumbass, he tried to lay it up against a shot blocker & didn't give LMA a chance to get the offensive rebound instead of throwing up a Danny Green style brick floater.
