Another benefit from this would be establishing Kawhi and LA (they look like role players out there, barely touching the ball) and make the rest play through them, therefor making the game easier for our scrubs.
Post LA 30 times a game, Kawhi another 30, Boris 15 or 20. Heck, post Anderson and West too a few times. That's our chance against these guys. It slows the game down and it woud give the Warriors quick hands less oportunities to provoke turnovers. The whole overpassing just isn't going to cut it.

Missing bobo's post ups on Barnes right now
LMA can't do in the post against Green.
Not going to work. Warriors are too good at swarming and then recovering, and since the Spurs have no consistent 3 point shooting outside of Leonard, it'll be hard to keep their defense honest.
The Wolves and Celtics punished the Warriors on dribble-drive penetration (same with the Thunder before they choked), which is why I've been an advocate all season for Kawhi to add that to his game (which he has), and for Parker to establish it. That's the Warriors Achilles heel, since they have no shotblocking and Wardell, Klay, and Barnes aren't great at staying in front of penetrators.
Unfortunately, Parker is too old/inconsistent and Manu is also too old. If they were still in their primes on this team, it'd be GG Warriors.
Amen brother
Aldridges "big game" against us was 26 points on 25 shots at home LMAO
Hes terrified of Dray and Bogut and he cant move either of them down low
We can live with Leonard in the post since hes limited as a passer
Lebron and a bunch of d-leaguers took two games off them by posting up on every ing possesion. Same with the Grizzlies. On this game, everytime we fed the ball down low good thinga happened. Is when we pull the useless pass, pass, pass on the perimeter that we up against these guys.
Sup, Kool.
Stop being an overreacting .

lmao obvious Laker is obvious lmao
That injury LMA suffered earlier in the game set him back.
memory of a goldfish
Have you not seen LMA against GS this year? Even in the game in SA he needed 25 shots just to get to 26 points. He isn't that great in the post and shies away from contact. Green jumps in the air and LMA fades away from him instead of drawing the foul.
voice of reason brother
Ive never seen a 26 points on 25 shots game so hyped up lmao
I've seen LA own his ass a couple of times while he was on Portland. The efficiency it's not that important either. The whole point of the post ups is to slow the game down and make the game easier for our role players. I'm sure that if you give him a heavy dosis of touches in the post, LA will come through.
I hope you're right man, but a lot of the times the Spurs posted up tonight GS swarmed them like crazy and either blocked whichever Spur at the rim or forced them to turn it over. I agree with the post up logic but if the Spurs are going to miss outside shots (though they did hit them at a better clip in the fourth) the Warriors will have zero problem packing the paint.
