Unless Boban plays, Ezeli is going to murder Bonner in the paint.

I think everyone knew this before it was announced, no? Tim playing in a B2B should have been a signal.

Didn't Pop just say that he wanted to keep Duncan in good condition?

That's why he played Tim in the B2B and got him plenty of minutes. He knows Tim doesn't get many minutes against GS, so in terms of minutes played for conditioning playing him vs DEN on the b2b got him more minutes than resting him v DEN and using him today.

    I'm surprised but my 2c:

Boris needed some rest and is getting it. He looked tired and worn out. He seems to be in good spirits so I don't think it's serious and I think Pop really liked what he saw when he started Boris v GS and didn't want to give any more film on that to GS.

Tim ran Shaq out of the Western conference, TWICE.

But Phil would hire Fisher for the mighty Knicks.
So what Phil would do does not impress anyone but you.

That's fair and I fully accept that. But if you want to proceed and stick with what Phil does as being correct, then you must accept that all the stuff he wrote about Kobe in his book is correct . Deal ?

Well then it looks like you doubt Phil so what you said about Shaq now has serious doubt cast upon it. Unfortunate but at least you can still hold onto defending Kobe who's ruined your franchise . Fair trade, but not the direction I personally would have chosen.

This should be a statement game for the Spurs, but it won't. What kind of message is Pop giving your team by sitting his best post defender? Just like taking Tim out vs Miami in the Finals, Pop's making a mistake in sitting him. And shame on Tim for letting him do it - AGAIN.
