I've never been a fan of his, can't relate to a snitch from the suburbs, but there's no denying that he's one of the most entertaining and discussed players in sports history.. , 95% of the posts from Spurs fans in this forum are about him, for example..not just since he became a mockery, but also when he was on top of the league, as well..

The league will never be the same without him

ST has been KobeTalk/DuncanTalk for a while now. Not sure where it's going to head now that its likely both will be gone. Gotta hope Vanessa divorces him over the summer so this place can survive.

I hope not ...not that I care about vanessa ...but would be nice to discuss how great Gstate and or Curry is if they win.
or Lebron if he pulls off the upset ...
Or does Duncan eclipse Magic , bird etc (depending on your rankings) if he gets 6.

all of that Kobe/duncan should die tonight ...but it won't.

Either way ...I may still find a Kool thread amusing, especially if he finds some random article or court do ent that bolsters his cause ...where does he find the time for this ? Who actually would take time to read a Divorce decree for trolling material?!

Say what you will about kool but the man is dedicated.

After Russell snitched on Young and with Kobe's retirement, it's imperative that Russell ascends to star status.

He will be the new Laker target of hate for years to come and keep this place alive

Oh they already hating on him. Let's be honest even if Russ fully realizes his potential dat nicca wont ever be as beloved or hated as Kobe was/is.
Only way anyone approaches that is if Steph won a le and started acting like Draymond or if Russ Westbrook led a team to a le.
Not even Lebron is as polarizing as Kobe.

In the similar sense that OJ Simpson was/is compelling, yes.

They have a lot of similar personality traits.

Nah, he`s been irrelevant for like 3 years. If not this farewell tour, no one would notice his laughable season

Well, LeBron is neither a rapist, nor did he ride the coattails of elite big men to rings while shooting his way atop the brick mountain.

"Smush Parker was the worst. He shouldn't have been in the NBA but we were too cheap to pay for a point guard. ... I was shooting 45 times a game [in 2007]. What was I supposed to do? Pass it into Chris Mihm and Kwame Brown?"

How about passing to Odom or Bynum?
