    Lot's of reaching.
It didn't matter none to me ...
But if that helps ease the butthurt since last Thursday by all means.
Use Kobe as a coping mechanism a stress bag so to speak ....
Saying it didn't matter. Now celebrating it to go at DPG

Pretty incredible he recovered. I honestly don't care about stuff like this - was just to ruffle feathers & Kobe killed it. Like he knew that this was his only thing . You bet he was aware.

Cutoffs are arbitrary. Is there a significant difference between averaging 24.9 (or even 24.0) and 25.0 points? Of course not.

It's not a deal breaker in anything. If you're (hypothetically) comparing two players, and a fraction of a point is the difference, you're not gonna settle it based on that.

Agreed. Deeps was right, Cully did make this a "thing" and I am not sure why ...
But by Deeps posting it here he co-signed that it was a "thing" even if it was only to mock Cully and/or Kobe.

Detractors here keep talking about history wont be kind to Kobe but the reality is it wont matter.
He played his last game he can only go "down" in rankings not up whether he is ranked 8, 10, 12th
To the analytic crowd he is overrated already.
    He did not surpass Jordan
Some think Lebron will/has already surpassed him
And plenty of the media think Duncan already has

Of course there will be Players like steph or Durant who will may also surpass him but that happens to everyone not named Jordan (so far)

Kobe will be considered by most the first second or third best player of HIS generation. Only Duncan and Shaq are even in the convo with Dirk and KG just below those guys.
the 25.0 vs. 24.9 is arbitrary.

We know he was ranked 12th. Why did you include two other numbers as if it's all guesswork? lol Lakers fanbois perpetual spinning machine. Your season is over, your hero is gone. Find some rock to crawl back under.
