He has definitively improved setting screens. He used to dance around not really setting a screen b4, like not knowing the angle etc. He's definitely improved. He set Simms free specially bc the threat of leaving him open made the big not want to help off him to stop Simmons.

I think heis a keeper, first because he wont command much money, second because Duncan will need a backup that can play if he stays, and third, because even if you cannot play him against some teams, those are exceptions, he is playable in general and once the spurs find a few sets where he can take advantage he will give you great advantage on the floor.
On the defensive side is where we find him more vulnerable, but i am sure that is mainly part of a first year experience on one of the most difficult defensive systems.
i can see Cuban throwing money at him after watching him up close destroy the Mavs couple of times...dude loves to picture himself " ing with dem Spurs"..

Being a starter or not will depend on his health and if he is capable to play 30-35 mpg and honestly nobody knows... If it cost trading salary dumping Kylie to keep him, you pull the trigger tho... in a heartbeat. In one year he produced more WS than Kylie in two years...
