    lol...

So if you buy a replica of a NASCAR car, do you get paid for advertising the sponsor?

Not really. A good jersey costs $150 bucks right. Well paying that much money to walk around with a giant advertisement on.

Spurs announced that they are bringing George Hill back. Here he is modeling the new HEB Spurs jersey. He is asking for Green's number.

Inevitable. And not really a big deal imo. As a few have stated or suggested, it happens in Nascar and international soccer leagues already. It will likely cross over to the NFL and MLB as well at some point.

It was only a matter of time.

And it will only be a matter of time before fans get used to it. The next generation of kids who will watch and play basketball will all be used to it and it will just be the norm. And those of you who don't like it and will never like it will end up being the grumpy old man talking about how things were "back in my day."

"The sponsor patch will be adjusted to fit the dimensions of each sponsor's logo. It won't appear in retail versions of the jerseys, but clubs can sell jerseys with sponsor patches in their team stores."

I wonder if this is a player union battle idea? The union is likely to ask the owners to expand the pie of things considered to be revenue. This would be such a thing. Maybe they want to blame players for being greedy?

    Or they're just greedy.
