Are you going to hype up the ratings for Kobe flashback games that NBA TV will air during the summertime? I think his old games might get higher ratings than MJ's old games.
So much for USA Neilson ratings....
Kobe ratings, > NBA Finals, World Series, Superbowl, and Stanley Cup Finals combined![]()
Mah....nikka!!!!!![]()
38.9 rounded to 40.0 millionBryant's final NBA game was streamed live in China by Tencent, the Asian nation's largest digital platform, with Weiping calling the play-by-play.
Tencent says it was the company's most-viewed game of all time with 38.9 million video streams and 11 million live viewers. On Chinese social media, the #ThankYouKobe and #Kobe hashtags generated 370 million impressions.@DPG
And this is just the Asians....I didn't even tabulate the Mexicans, Arabs, and the Euro's..
how many will watch Tim Duncans's last game do you think
27 thousand ( no pun intended)![]()

You gotta admit those numbers are staggering and impressive
I just hope Tim Duncan gets that kind of special love....![]()
Obviously math is not your strong suit, get back to working on that community college GPA got.![]()
kool your so ing greedy, did you mention that Staples Center sold a record 1.2 million worth of merchandise. Thats a record for any arena, on earth.
I heard but I was disappointed thought the number should have been higher....that 1.2 million is only 100k more than what Tim Duncan lost to a bad women's cosmetics deal
Kobe 1.2 > Duncan 1.1

apples/oranges.
Tim Duncan plays professional basketball.
With his gummy bear knees?![]()
You're comparing with Kobmes entertainment ratings.
Stuff like I am Cait, Dancing with the Stars, RuPauls Queens, these are the shows that you watch and are drawn to and glorify their ratings.
You are correct, Kobme far outsells Timmy Duncan basketball on that front.
11 rebounds, 2 blocks and a steal in only 22 minutes.
Meanwhile you were down on your knees at Kobmes.![]()
^ that's it and thats all![]()
He grabbed 11 boards while Larmarkiesha and Borisa did all the dirty work....
Tammy s is basically treated like a rag doll out there....his ass is knocked to the floor pretty much every 3rd play![]()
No they aren't. That's not even ratings, it's live streams. 11 million watched live. So 75% of the people who caught the stream couldn't be bothered to watch it live. And this is ACROSS THE WORLD.
Still doesn't catch Mash, Superbowls or le games, but whatevs. Simple Simp sad and simple.
So you mean it's about 10x less than any soccer World Cup game?![]()
Kool are you going to devote your life to now helping Kobe build his museum and going on missionary trips to China to spread the word of Kobe?
So you're saying only 200+ something Nations and nearly 6 billion people is the only thing that compares to Kobe?
I agree
Kobe's 40 million viewers + the 5.2 in the US is about 45 million views ( not counting other countries totals for Kobe)...it out views these most watched shows of all time

This Lakers season has been like the Twilight Zone. Kobe became a total beta; cheered for Dirk when Dirk made the game winner over his team; publicly worshiped the Warriors (another California-based team) while praying that they'll rescue him from Duncan's 6th; and now their fans are publicly grasping for consolation and accolades via chinese TV ratings. Crazy times. lol
