True in the sense that the DOJ tends to be slow as . But as I mentioned before, I can't see the rationale over what we're all considering an isolated incident. The article you posted was about multiple incidents and apparently going high up the chain. I'm not saying that this Irving school doesn't have multiple incidents, but I just don't know what would warrant this amount of investigation.
