That was a dumb ending pretty much from the moment Negan stepped out of the RV.
Some people say it was Glenn because it follows the comic and in the show they kept showing the inside of the trailer from the inside point of view..the point of view from the eventual victim..but the producers have broken from the comic in the past and saving Glen this season just to kill him later seems silly.....Negan's champ comment kinda leads us to thinking that the victim was male though....so, yeah, if it was anyone in the trailer it was Glenn...

They were discussing this show at work this week tbh. Haven't seen an ep in a year or two but I easily guessed the ending. Rick and company are out and about then get surrounded by a big group that is menacing and omg how do we get out of this. Then a leader figure shows up, makes a gy speech about how much of a badass they are, then proceeds to kill. Rinse and repeat this ing dead formula since the lame ass governor and you got yourself a boring predictable show.
I would be surprised if it's Rick, but if it is he survives the beating....I suspect it was Abraham or Eugene though......
I was also thinking that whoever it was, that maybe they survived the beating as well, though probably horribly disfigured and bent on revenge.
I'm pretty certain the writers don't even know yet and it hasn't been decided.
I gave up on this show but was very intrigued about this finale so I watched it without knowing what had happened during season 6. Negan seems like he will be a pretty cool character. The cliffhanger thing was bull though....id have been mad if I had watched the entire season.

The show has a knack for giving same deaths in the comics to other characters. They did it with the fact Denises instead of Abraham.
Besides, Negan exempted Glenn from getting ed up when he got loose so its probably some other guy. Money's on Abrahan.
It's not Glenn, after the ridiculous ing stupid plot armor they've given Glenn over the past 2 seasons. Killing him now would put the show on a whole 'nother level of stupid.

I'm leaning toward not Glenn also. His fake-out death earlier in the season was probably a nod to it. I also think they didn't show who got killed simply to give them more options later.
They are already taping the next season, so they know who it was....I still think it was Abraham or Eugene....

I just saw the last two episdes. I haven't really kept in touch with the show recently. It kinda grew stale on me, so I catch up whenever I can... Anyway...
I know they distance themselves from the comics a lot, but I think they'll stay true to the comic this time around...
The only "clues" I've noticed (even in prior episodes) is the new wimpy guy (forgot his name) has been white-knighting Maggie and also throwing off some future stepfather vibes. A true cuck in every sense of the word. He also mentioned something about him "owing her" in that last ep. So Glenn dying could have Maggie hooking up with that dude, who would also play as a father figure to the kid (if it lives). Kinda ed up, but that happens. Btw, I hear the actor who plays Glenn is filming or scheduled to film some . idk.
The other option would be Maggie getting her head crushed, but then her stomach being immediately opened and the baby surviving (is she even close to being due? idk. Wasn't she having contractions at the beginning?). That leaving Glenn raisin the kid without the mother, but the again the entire community raises everyone. And if that happens, maybe the way the new dude "owes" dead Maggie would be by watching the kid. maybe Glenn and the new Guy turn gay and the kid has two dads. TWD really does love playing around with those "taboo" angles.
I can see them killing off Daryl just for the sake of ing with the fans, pissing them off, getting a reation, etc, to put some fresh vibes into the show, and keep/build interest as it was before.
But I don't think it's Daryl, and btw, he still has unfinished business with Dwight so they might want to keep his character around for that.
So I don't think it's him, as bold of a choice as that would be. Michonne would definitely be shocking. Rosita would be the cop-out choice, even Abe. I had a feeling Eugene was going to die. I didn't understand that RV scene. They built it up as if he was going to sacrifice himself for the group. That woulda be a good way for him to go out, in a way that would aid the group, but not by Negan. That would sorta be a cop-out too in a way.

Honestly, I was never fully invested in The Walking Dead, but I had been watching. So I figured give Fear The Walking Dead a chance, and it not only sucked so bad I stopped watching it, but it sucked so bad I stopped watching The Walking Dead because it killed whatever waning interest in the topic I had.
It's an awful show with flat characters and offers absolutely nothing new with regards to the zombie apocalypse. I was hoping they would make it moreof an origin story of how hit went down, but apparently the director is adamant on the story NOT being about that. So we have a bunch or boring/annoying characters tha constantly make dumb decisions, bumming around zombieland.
I experimented with the first season. It was a complete turd. Never bothered with it again.
Thought the first season started interesting until they decided to skip ahead in time from one episode to the next. Went from starting to go down to full on Zombie Apocalypse between two episodes. ing waste. And the second season so far has been a bore. The characters floating out on a boat debating whether they should help people or not.
I like the first season of FtWD just fine, but the 2nd has started off ty tbh I wouldn't be surprised if they shook things up midseason direction/creative wise. The characters are all strong, good actors - just god awful narrative these first 2 episodes.
If anything, it's worth watching just for Alycia imo
