Looking at their Roster they should let Howard leave, which I believe that's their plan. They should also get rid of Josh Smith, Michael Beasley and Jason Terry. Beasley and Smith are both ball stoppers and Terry is just old. They still have nice assets in Harden, Montiejunas, Capela and Terrance Jones. Ariza Beverly and Brewer need to probably leave too, not because of their talent but because this rockets teams just needs a complete overhaul, somewhat of what the blazers did this season with addition by subtraction.

Bringing in a new coach won't do anything. Its the culture that must change and i dont see it changing under two snakes in Alexander and Morey.

Some guy who gets 50% more FTAs per FGA as Michael Jordan and STILL shoots a ty FG% and plays no defense whatsoever. That's your "star".
