Holy At least in past years he won, he was a solid volume scorer with respectable efficiency. This year he's only putting up 14 ppg while shooting 40% from the floor and 34% from 3. Awful defender, doesn't rebound for , career low in AST%...how the did this guy win? Figured Iguodala would be a lock given the season GS had.

JC was brutal in the first quarter of the season but he picked up his game the rest of the way especially during Blakes absence. Without his production, our bench will pretty much be ran through Austin Rivers.

Usually it's the biggest volume scorer that doesn't start, regardless of efficiency or defense. Crawford is to 6MoY as Iverson is to MVP.

Again, this is one of those situations where advance statistics should be taken with a grain of salt. Crawford was the Clippers bench. His ability to create plays, draw doubles and in turn create for others shouldn't be overlooked here. Iguodala is the better player, I can't argue with that but Jamal means a lot more for his team.

Something tells me you might like these awards more if anyone on your roster had a snowball's chance in of winning any of them.

    He had a TS% of 56% in 51 of their wins: http://www.basketball-reference.com/players/c/crawfja01/splits/2016/

Is this how we judge players now? Solely based on how they did in wins? We just going to ignore nearly 30 games of the season?

Danny Green shot 36% from 3 this year in 65 wins. Not sure why people are criticizing him so much, tbh...that's not so bad

Essentially, he was a MAJOR factor in 51 of their wins & they struggled mightily when he was off.

Well when you're "off" for over 1/3 of the season, that's not really something you can just overlook

Besides, it's not even like he was amazing in their wins. 15 ppg on a 56 TS% while not contributing in any other areas of the game (and actively being a clear negative on defense) isn't really something to write home about.
