hopefully this sorry series is over by Sunday afternoon..Getting an extra day of rest over the Thunder and a couple of intense team practices with an eye on next opponent is much better than dragging this out for another game..

Have said it elsewhere, but by appearing in Game 3, Tim Duncan will tie Robert Horry for 2nd all-time in playoff game appearances, at 244:

    Code:
    1.	Derek Fisher	259
    2.	Robert Horry	244
    3.	Tim Duncan	243

With a win, Duncan will move 1 game back of Horry for 1st all-time in playoff wins by an individual, and Parker will move 1 game back of Shaq for 6th all-time in that category:

    Code:
    1	Derek Fisher	161
    2	Robert Horry	155
    3	Tim Duncan	153
    4	Scottie Pippen	136
    5	Kobe Bryant	135
    6	Shaq. O'Neal	129
    7	Tony Parker	127
    8	Manu Ginobili	122

Nice! OG surely ends ahead of Fisher in Wins that is what matters after all.

he needs to make the Finals to surpass Fisher for most games played and get at least 3 wins from Warriors for most won games..

Wouldn't that be sweet - our Big Three all being in the top 7 or so in all time playoff wins. What a triumph!

Not that it changes much, but it appears that the Grizz have now lost Jarell Martin for the rest of the playoffs:

In honor of the recently-departed Prince, I very much hope the Spurs end this playoffs by partying like its 1999.
