The Rocky Mountain Revue summer league is returning to Salt Lake City on July 6-9 with Jazz, Celtics, Sixers and Spurs and six total games.
I Remember sitting in the 5th row from the court watching rookie Tim Duncan against the Jazz summer league team at the Rocky Mountain Review.
Is this the same as the regular summer league?
Orlando runs July 4-10 and Las Vegas runs July 10-20 so the Spurs will probably still be in the Vegas league. Hopefully the RMR will be available online.

Earlier the Spurs announced they will take part in the Utah Jazz Summer League from July 4-7, along with the Jazz, Celtics & Sixers.

GOOD NEWS!!
I hope we draft somebody who won't play internationally so we can see him. I'd like to see Bertans too, maybe even LJC too. Just to se If he's worked on his shooting! Milutinov???
Just really looking forward to some new faces.
Jonathon Simmons and Boban Marjanovic ended up being nice, exciting alternatives to viewable draft picks in 2015-16.
Simmons only because he played in the SL. I would take a pick over Jonathon any day.
Excited to see that the Spurs are doing the Utah league again. It wasn't the greatest quality, but more SL games has no downside in my book.
The Belgrade Olympic Qualifying Tournament is 4-9 July.
Boban Marjonovic is the Serbian 2nd string center.
Nikola Mulutinov is the Serbain 3rd string center.
Nemanja Dangubic is the Serbian 3rd string small forward.
Latvia is also playing in the Belgrade tournament
Davis Bertans is the Latvian 2nd string power forward.
Wasn't expecting Boban to be part of it. Dangubic will depend on both how much the Spurs want him there and how many people can be on the NT roster. If he's a likely camp cut, it makes no sense for him to be there if the Spurs want him in Utah. Bertans is an interesting case, because he should make the team but if he's obviously part of the Spurs' plans. Then again, since he'll probably be under contract with the Spurs with guaranteed money, it's not like he HAS to play in the SL.
Olympic roster size is 12.
3rd string implies 11th-15th men.
Miluitnov is behind the very good Miroslav Raduljica and Boban Marjanovich.
Dangubic is third string at probably Serbia's weakest position, behind Nikola Kalinic and Marko Simonovic.
Serbia is the favorite and the tournament is in Belgrade. There will be lots of pressure to play. NBAers are Bjelica, Jokic and Marjanovic.
Bertans is second string behind Kristaps Porzingis. His brother Dairis is the starting SG.
Thanks for the info. Now what matters is play style. Does having three centers make sense for the SNT? Are their PFs big enough to play the five in a pinch? Seems like Dangubic has a chance to move up, so he's probably going to the camp. Bertans should go too, but by god if he gets hurt again.
Is Jokic going to be on the NT (opinion)?
Jokic is supposedly the second string PF behind Bjelica.
Jokic is big enough for the five.
Well hopefully Nikola comes over the the SL if he is indeed not going to make it on the SNT. I don't think him getting that camp experience is better for anyone, and I'd love to see if he's a legit NBA prospect. Hopefully, he can pair with whichever guard the team drafts at 29 (please be Beasley) to form a strong combo.
Interesting that Bertans is developing as a PF. His forward spot hasn't been clear and due to his size I think Pop would end up playing him at both forward spots if he could get away with it. He's just a mystery for me. We know he's a lights out 3 pt shooter but I don't know much else about him. I haven't watched him in his Euroleague games this season at all.
I read somewhere Boban' s agent was going to hold him off international compe ion until free agency is taken care of, so maybe Milutinov ends up playing, which is still a great development opportunity for him.
Thanks fir these updates Drom!
I'm hoping/assuming that Boban and the Spurs will have a deal in place early in the moritorium. I'm hoping that it's small enough to fit into the room exception (like $6M/2 with teh second year being a player option), but even if it's not, I think we'll know by the time that camp begins.
I don't think being a garbage-time big (I could see Jokic getting the minutes as the backup five even without Boban) is better than running with the Spurs' SL team for 7-10 games. It would also be good for Cady's development for the team to have more options at center to allow him to play the four. We have no idea when the team plans to bring in Nikola (could be this summer), so I don't know if I like him missing domestic developmental opportunities. That was always a thing that took up LJC and Bertans' time when they weren't injured.
Porzingis will not play in Belgrade.
That moves Davis Bertans to starter and reduces the chance that Latvia wins this qualifier (and increases the chance that Serbia, already the favorite, will play in Rio).
