What did Durant do to get kicked out?
They called a flagrant 2. I do not think it was. I think Durant thought the guy was going to bring his arms up and shoot so he swung that way, but the guy instead passed and Durant hit him on the head.

That should be an automatic one game suspension based on past history with hits to the head. If the league upholds the flagrant 2 it's also a one game suspension, isn't it?

Kanter is going to be an issue against the Spurs' bench bigs tbh. Should be a great 2nd round.
Boban looked good on him. I wonder if Pop actually goes with him during the series.

    Mejri out with hip injury..

He still played with Mejri healthy. Lee is fine together with one of mejri or pachulia. They have zero rim protection so its so easy tondrive to the basket. Carlise ed up trying tk find minites for lee imo.

With all this anger and frustration Durant has been showing this last year or so OKC fan has to be really concerned he's walking. KD always seemed so cool and collected in the past.

Might be worth a look tbh. I think Duncan on Kanter might work and West is a better matchup against Adams IMO.

Not a ing chance. Juwan Howard wasn't suspended for taking out Derek Anderson.

Do you think it was a 2? If they keep it a 2, isnt it auto suspension? Draymond will also likley be suspended a game too at some point due to his technicals and picking up a flagrant by the leauge after the game for that last play.

They're just stupid people. They don't get smarter at the end of games.

I remember him pulling the same bull on Malik Rose in Game 3. Still, the NBA seems to have a zero tolerance rule on hits to the head, though maybe that was a Stern thing.

Didn't seem like it to me. As an accidental hit, it's arguable that it was either unnecessary or excessive. Obviously since there was head contact they needed to call it, and I think made it a 2 so they could get him out of there at that situation in the game. It's possible the league downgrades it to a 1, though.

Draymond slung a guy to the floor right in front of the officials while the other team was trying to make a critical inbounds play. League sweethearts. There's no way he gets suspended IMO.

That's the closest I've ever seen for a Spurs team to lose their cool. When he pulled that after basically ending the team's season, they were ing angry.

Found this old article and thought it was interesting, particularly where Nash thinks it was just a regular playoff foul and Don Nelson wanted the league to downgrade it to a flagrant 1.

You have to throw a punch or make ZERO basketball play to get suspended especially for someone of KD's caliber.

Spurs fan wishing injury on OKC players:

Anyone watching how nasty the OKC-Dallas series has gotten? Durant just got ejected for a Flagrant II. He already got fined for a cheap shot in the last game.

There was a play earlier in the game where Dallas was trying to inbound the ball, and one of the jackasses sitting on the Thunder bench had the ball and decided to play keep-away. Total chicken thing to do, and an "altercation" started over it. The refs did their usual, and called double technicals.

I don't usually like it when people call for a player to get hurt. But I wouldn't mind if Westbrook... or Durant... or Ibaka broke a leg like Paul George did. Not because it would make them easier to beat - I'd just like to see it happen.

Heh. As I'm typing this, there were more dirty elbows being thrown on another FT, and Ibaka scored a technical. Only seconds left, and the game was out of reach. It was just nasty play. The Spurs will beat OKC, but it's a series that could get someone hurt. OKC is trying to show everyone who the bully on the block is this postseason.
