Howard could never be a Spur. He's too much of a piece of .
A lot of idiots wanna max out Horford upstairs
I'll take Dwight.
Howard could never be a Spur. He's too much of a piece of .
Lamarcus ditched the team plane last playoffs and took another flight. Now he's the perfect Spur.
Dwight has played with the 2 biggest cancers the league has ever seen in Kobe and Har_en.. Hard to even try with traffic cones like those.
Aside from ditching the team plane, Aldridge is a much better fit. He's pretty cold-blooded on the court, rarely lets his emotions interfere or acts demonstrative, and is an intelligent player. Howard can't claim any of those qualities.
Having 2 DPOY's on the team sounds pretty good, tbh. Especially if Silver does something about Hack-A-Scrub and/or Chip works with him for a full season
Hawks with the choke goods as per par....
Wasted a career night in an important playoff game
Al Horford 5 pts 9 rebounds vs. Jonas Jerekbo, Jared Sullinger, and Amir Johnson
Jeff Teague literally ting himself
SMH! That was the game I saw. With the Spurs connections, Hawks are the team I pull for in the east. Sorry to see that meltdown - especially that last play of regulation. Forgetting Teague's muff, is that what Bud really drew up? Hold the ball until 4 seconds are left and then take a few dribbles to launch a 3?!?!?!
Would rather have Noah/Fournier for 20 mill instead of giving Dwert a max contract.![]()
We are talking about the same dude Pop wanted to choke during an all-star game:
According to ESPN, via Complex, West coach Gregg Popovich was drawing Howard up a play during a timeout. But when he looked up to confirm it, Howard wasn't there, but instead talking and joking with courtside celebrities and such. So, reportedly, Popovich scrapped it and lobbed a few f-bombs while doing so.
That's what most people said about LMA, tbh
LMA was injured last season & TiaGOAT made Dirk look like a scrub in 2014. Besides, LMA is the 2nd option instead of the primary option.
Meanwhile, Horford averaged 11/5 against Mozgov who averaged 11/7 in last season's ECF while being guarded 1-on-1.![]()

All those anti-Aldridge people last summer...
Wanting to keep Splitter...
71 wins later, here we are...
Hawks choked, but I really like Boston more anyways. Despite their lack of a star (Thomas their best offensive player... ehhhh) I liked Boston's effort in making a come back in the 3rd. ATL was gutless worms in this one.
I blame Bud for '12 & '13, he was the cancer & it's not a coincidence the '14 Spurs had a killer instinct after PATFO got rid of him.![]()
Marcus Smart knocking down threes is bad news for dem Hawks
Sullinger and Heavy B
Proof that fat guys who know how to play can find a niche in this league. They found the right coaches.
Bazemore Beasting
Can't believe how far Bazemore has come tbh.
I. THOMAS choking???
Game over. Allowed ATL to get confidence at home. Once roleplayers start shooting 3s it's over.
What a turnaround
I still see this going 7 though.
Eastern Conference Aminu
Neither team has won on the road.![]()
Damn I feel bad for the team that pays Horford
