A sexual predator who falsely claimed to be transgender and preyed on women at two Toronto shelters was jailed indefinitely on Wednesday.
Justice John McMahon declared Christopher Hambrook — who claimed to be a transgender woman named Jessica — was a dangerous offender.
He noted the Montreal man, 37, attacked four vulnerable females between the ages of five and 53 in Montreal and Toronto over the past 12 years.
“He has demonstrated from the age of 12 until the present an inability to control his sexual impulses,” said McMahon.
Hambrook served four years in prison for sexually abusing a five-year-old girl and while on bail for that crime, raping a 27-year-old intellectually-challenged woman in Montreal.
Hambrook pleaded guilty in February 2013 to two counts of sexual assault and one count of criminal harassment involving two women — a deaf and homeless Quebec woman and a Toronto survivor of domestic violence — while he was living at a Dundas St. W. shelter and the Fred Victor women’s shelter in January and February 2012.

Yes. I'd rather he be in the bathroom with me than with my wife and/or two daughters. Agreed that sexual predators do not belong in society, but they are. I personally don't give a what genitalia is or isn't dangling between your legs when you are in the bathroom with me. But if all a dude has to do is lie to gain access to a women's restroom, that's where I start to have a problem. Nobody can (nor should they) be checking penises at the door, but being transgendered is not something anybody can prove either.
right now all a dude has to do to gain access to a women's restroom is just walk in. You should probably start there if you think bathroom safety is a problem.

I'm not saying that every tranny is a molester or a perv. But, since you are talking about bathroom signs, if restrooms become gender neutral you have to see how much easier it would be for a predator to just walk in. You can't be that blind and just keep your "ddeeerrrr baffroom sign don't stop people" argument going with a straight face. Not every predator is that bold. In fact, most of them are cowards. Give them the liberty to walk in without anyone giving them a second glance though... C'mon, dude.
I give you a lot of just to mess with you and because I think it's hilarious when people think they are geniuses on the internet but do you really not stop and think about your daughter? There is danger everywhere all the time, I get that, but when you are openly inviting it... that just seems ridiculous. If something like that really does pass, I won't be a moron and I'll make sure that my kids use the restrooms at home or someplace that I feel is safe before we leave the house. When they become adults, they can make their own decisions but as a parent it's my job to protect them as much as possible.
