Yes. I noticed the lack of comfort he had at the top of the key trying to create his own offense. That shouldnt happen, he needs to know himself and frankly Parker shouldnt allow it. He needs to be a general now and smooth out this LMA, KL equasion. Pops should start yelling at Parker again.

Yet that's exactly what the kawhi haters are advocating. They want kawhi to just be a spot up shooter and play defense while they claim this is aldridge or parkers team. Say parker is head of the snake, mvparker, we go as far as parker takes us or this is aldridges team he is the alpha and kawhi is just a " role player" but yet whenever spurs lose those same clowns are quick to try give kawhi the "role player" 100% of the blame for the lose while glossing over underwhelming performance from those 2.
I personally don't care who takes the most shots or who is considered the leader or alpha or any of that, as long as the spurs win games. But this garbage of kawhi the so called "role player" having to shoulder their loses is stupid tbh.

Leonard is bulkier this year, that and the bigger offensive load is compromising his defense.

Spurs cannot win if they rely to much on Leonard on offense.

Leonard's usage rate is down. His minutes are monitored as usual. That's not the problem.

In the beginning he was guarding his position while helping on others. But in the last month or so he's having to chase guards because our guards can't do their job. In the case of GS and Cavs he's even had to take on power forwards. That's taking a toll on him more than anything.

The Spurs don't operate like this, they won't accommodate to Aldridge and Leonard's strengths. If You want to see Kawhi dominate then Pop should allow him to handle the ball more or run the offense through Aldridge every single time. Parker handling the ball has not done much for the Spurs against the elite teams, like GS and OKC. Parker cannot run the offense or facilitate and expecting Kawhi to score 30 points playing alongside Parker is ridiculous. Manu and Parker were horrible on defense then they took horrible shots trying to "take over" yet they get a pass?! BS.

This. Tony and Manus play on both ends had mw head scratching. These are the veterans of the spurs playing like scrubs in a summer league game

its fine to not have shots fall, but its inexcusable for him to be taking some of those late shots when aldridge was scoring at will
