It was funny watching him the 4 quarter start chucking away after he yelled at Donovan on the bench. He almost gave the game back to the Spurs. If the Spurs win the series he might be the spurs MVP.

He has outplayed Dominos by a huge margin for the 2nd consecutive playoffs, yet will receive all the blame when they are eliminated, as usual
LoL, WestBrick was throwing up bricks in the 2nd half against Kawhi meanwhile Dominos was making dagger shots in the 4th quarter.

As long as the Spurs can guard him more like in game 1, I hope he keeps thinking he can/should win almost by himself.

Hopefully we see a couple of swap/block moments from Kawhi/Green/Duncan that are so satisfying.

He set the tone for the entire game, completely dominant 1st quarter that put it out of reach and the Spurs could never catch up, tbh..

The Spurs had a 2nd quarter lead .

Ibaka is torching the Spurs yet, they continue to leave him wide open. His numbers are down but he's still a force in this series. Maybe his regression was more myth than fact .

Ibaka's regression was literally a fact, it's not disputable, he was the Danny Green of bigs, this season..Green has a 64% True Shooting in the playoffs, so far, too, doesn't change that he had a horrible season..

But ya, I wonder if the Spurs will adjust to him..Spurs' defensive bigs have been horrible outside of Duncan, but unfortunately, Tim is really bad on offense..

The adjustment is to COMPLETELY ignore Roberson & rotate to Ibaka on the PnPs. Donovan will probably sub in Waiters but take advantage of Roberson whenever he's on the floor b/c dude has been atrocious on offense.

it says a lot about the nba, tbh. Someone like this guy getting meaningful minutes in the playoffs as a pg who can't dribble. so much for "best in the world" talent of nba

Durant was hitting everything mid 4th quarter. Then Westbrook took over. Always can count on him and OKC inability to coach him to win games for Spurs.

Sucks that the Spurs are gonna have to defeat him a second time in the playoffs, tbh..he'll probably outplay Dominos in the series again, yet still receive all the blame when they lose

thanks Russ, showing why he's my favorite non-Spur, tbh..
That play where he thought he got fouled so he decided not to run back on D was an incredible display of how much he's matured as a player.

Spurs won by 4 after two late FTs.

    Thanks Russ!

"Twenty-one of Westbrook’s shots were when he started and ended a possession without passing, most in the playoffs this season. He made just five of those shots." That's my favorite Westbrook stat from game 3. 21 possessions where he didn't bother passing the ball at all lol

Is the <3 in the thread le supposed to mean he has balls? Or is that the number of passes he makes in fourth quarters?
