And Kobe's team's managed to repeat.
Why didn't Duncans?
In fact, Duncan teams dont even lose to the eventual champions. They lose to teams who lose to teams who lose to the champions![]()
POPA needs to do something about kawhi playing with his horse when he needs touches that goes to scrubs who goes and throw up bricks or playing hot potato not spreading the floor or self creating for themselves to be open aka cutting the key...
anderson is a fkn scrub who provides nothing offensively, his basically rj v2.0 passive on offense parking on the perimeter playing hot potato, wont do on offense but take more seconds of the clock when he touches the ball...why do the spurs needs another ball handler on the floor when u have 2-3 guys on the court who can do what anderson does?
dont get me started with that scrub mills, all open looks and trigger happy, still cant even hit a shot when you need it, dude takes more or continuous possessions throwing up bricks then ur main players...
Because shaq and mvpau were the leaders.
But why do you want to talk Kobe? A player who missed the playoffs and got eliminated by the Suns twice in a row in the first round right in the smack of his prime is not a benchmark.
You somehow seem to see that as some sort of great accomplishment and scoring two points in a playoff game at 40 years old as some sort of shame. your logic doesn't flow.
Team accomplishments are only team accomplishments until they are not ...
Meaning when it fits your argument ...
Why do YOU want to talk Suns? Why are you so defensive?
I explained a million times about playoffs and winning the championship.
History has shown time and time again that a superstar, even with really bad teammates and coaching, can drag them to playoffs ion their prime. We saw that with pretty much every single player who are in the conversation of a top 10 guy.
Winning the championship though, is the opposite, history has shown that no matter how dominant of a player you are, you have to have great players around you to win championships, with the exception of a very few cases (11 Mavs, 94 Rockets, 03 Spurs), and those cases were eventually capturing lightning in a bottle.
Because you, a person with suer ID da_suns_fan and someone who has the Phoenix Sunsas "My Team" decided to talk Duncan, who happened to play for my favourite team, the Spurs.
Didnt need a rebuttal
I was just explaining for Suns fans so he understands your logic ...
I actually enjoy watching you debate others with me as the observer I was just laying the ground rules for Suns fan ...
Then you misrepresented. Playoffs and championships are two different animals.
You have to be smart to make manager. You have to be a lot more to make CEO.
No misrepresentation ... because of the subject matter ...you assumed I wished to engage.
I just wanted to make a funny and also enlighten our Suns fan ... please proceed.
Clear misinterpretation. I have stayed consistent in my logic through the years. Teams are responsible for team accomplishments, but individual make up teams.
History has shown that superstars can consistently drag horrible teams into the playoffs.
History has also shown that superstars, no matter how good they are, cannot consistently drag horrible teams to les.
It has nothing to do with fitting my argument, it has everything to do with historical trends.
You dont have to repeat for my benefit I know where you stand ... still think ... you are not as consistent as you claim ... but honestly I dont even care. That is part of your charm, tbh.
What part is not consistent?
Superstars should be able to lead teams to playoffs in their primes.
Superstars are not expected to lead teams to les regardless of team makeup.
Not that hard to understand.
So you cant talk about DUncan? You have to deflect to the Suns?
How do we know that fan wasn't an okc fan excited to meet Adams :b

I did talk about the Duncan. You missed it or something? So you only allow me to talk Duncan? Why can't I talk about the Suns to a Suns fan?
Didnt say it was hard to understand ...
I said at times you are not consistent.
It's my opinion based on a long history of posting ... but it doesnt matter you almost never admit you are wrong.
Of course you dont agree and I dont care enough to get in a war of words on it ...
...because I could show you the murder weapon, have eye witness accounts ...
DNA evidence that says it was your blood to a 99.999999999 Percentile
A signed confession you made in the presence of two detectives who read you your Miranda rights and ...
Video of you committing the act ...
And based on what I have seen here ...you will still deny it just like the Gorilla thread ...or in the I dont hate Kobe replies![]()
