Good times![]()
Do it, Stevie. You have no choice. Bring back the twink. His ankle and knee are only 80%, but you need him!
Bring back the Twink!
Bring back the Twink!
Bring back the Twink!
Looks more like 50% to me. TWINKIE TWINKIE TWINKIE!
Lol are they really going to rush him back for game 4?
They showed Curry shooting up some three's tonight. When he came down
on the leg , he looked like he was still uncomfortable with it.
If it goes 2-2 I could see Kerr pulling the trigger.![]()
lol nba needs this guzzler back asap, cant give mvp to a pos whose missing playoff games...look bad for the nbawwe
Hopefully he's really uncomfortable coming down on David West's foot next series tbh
Doesn't matter, we'll take care of business as soon as Durant demotes himself to gamma.
The ankle injury couldn't have been more fake. The knee injury was a strain in the moment; not even a real injury.
Had the series been 1-1, Curry would've played Game 3. If the Warriors had won Game 3, he'd have remained out for Game 4.
Warriors just resting their best player against these sh** teams.
now how did you get black?![]()
no clue, but aint ever goin back?![]()
They just need to quit their games with the media admit Curry is out for the season, man up and go take care of business. If you're a 73-9 team and supposedly the greatest team of all time, missing one player shouldn't make a difference.
If that one player was Michael Jordan all bets were off. Of course we could say that of any "best team" of any year. You take away the best player on the best team, the team is doomed. Look what happened when Pau Gasol got cucked.
The twink is back!
Stephen Curry is active for tonight’s game, here’s Steve Kerr explaining the decision and the steps they took
Posted on May 9, 2016 by Tim Kawakami
PORTLAND–The Warriors just made it official: Stephen Curry is active for tonight’s game and will play, but that was pretty obvious after Steve Kerr’s presser a while ago and the sight of Curry flowing through his normal pregame warm-ups.
This was the way this was headed the last few days–Curry sprained his knee in Game 4 against Houston in the last round two weeks ago and has been doing more and more in recent days.
If Curry suffered no setbacks after he started working on court, Kerr suggested for days that the Warriors would be ready to play Curry.
There were no setbacks. Curry is playing.
Here’s the officialest official notification that Curry is good to go, sent at about 6:40 p.m.:
One sign of the magnitude of this: Warriors owner Joe Lacob was out there courtside watching Curry’s warm-up and left right when Curry finished. As he walked off the court, Lacob was smiling broadly.
(I’ve never seen Lacob watch a pregame warm-up before.)
Kerr wouldn’t say if Curry will be in the starting lineup or not, saving that one bit of drama for about 10 minutes before tip-off.
—STEVE KERR pregame presser transcript/
-Kerr intro: I’m going to guess what the first question is.
-Q: Is Steph going to play tonight?
-KERR: If all goes well with his warm-up right now, then he’ll play tonight. So he’s out there–think he just went on the floor.
I’m anticipating it’ll all go well, so he’ll be active and he’ll play.
And now the next question.
-Q: Will he start?
-KERR: I’m not telling. Do I have to? Raymond, do I have to? By league rule?
-RAYMOND RIDDER: Not as of yet.
-KERR: I lied to you last year at the Finals. (Smiles.) It turned out well.
But I didn’t lie. I just said I’m not telling.
(Pause.)
Tweets are done? Next question?
-Q: Are there any logistical challenges that come with Steph’s expected MVP announcement?
-KERR: Not for me. It’s not my job. You can talk to Raymond about that.
-Q: What was the process like today to convince you that Steph was ready to give it a go?
-KERR: Talking with Steph, talking with our medical people, and talking with Bob. That was the process.
-Q: What minute restrictions does he have?
-KERR: He’s not really under a minutes restriction from the training staff. It’s more about what he can handle conditioning-wise.
So we’ll see what that means. We really have to kind of do it on the fly. I would kind of guess that he would play in shorter bursts. But if he’s rolling, then I’ll probably let him go for a little while.
We’ll see.
-Q: Did this get to the stage where Steph was campaigning to play or did it not even need to get there?
-KERR: Yeah, there was no campaigning. We’ve been talking every day, so it’s just a matter of today being the day that looks like he’s ready to go.
But again we’ll see how he comes out of his pre-game workout and we’ll go from there.
-Q: Will you try to do anything to help Steph with defensive assignments?
-KERR: It’s playoff basketball. So the other team’s got lots of good players. We always enter every game with thoughts and ideas about who’s going to guard whom, how match-ups play out, that kind of stuff.
It’s kind of routine in that regard. And then we’ll see how everything looks on the floor and go from there.
How funny will it be if he re-injures his gimpy leg?
The Chef just sharpening his knives for the slicing of the Kiwi tbh, I'd be tng my pants if I was spur fan right now.
I like your effort to be hip and cool even though your probably some fat re trying to find purpose on the internet.
And I'd kill myself if I was 15th in the West.
Twink is 0-5 from 3, 5-13 overall with 2 turnovers in 13 twink minutes.
Gave up 67 points in a half, trail by 10
