Homedridge will be fine in SA, tbh..
The going is getting tough..his shots aren't falling as in G1/G2;OKC Bigs are reaching more on him; and the whistles are lacking..
I hope that's not the minor hip tweak in G3 or the pinkie, but he needs to keep his aggressiveness up and take it more to the rack or shoot it instead of playing the ugly 1-2 game with Green..
Also; the defensive intensity has waned since Game 1, getting late to challenge at the rim, and with, Tim out, we need more rebounding from him as our 5..It is not all about the scoring in playoff games 19pts/14reb/5blk will do it..

19/14 and 5 blocks is actually a crazy stat line man lol, probably won't get that many boards and blocks but I know what you are saying. I hope he is ready to get back on track in game 5 at home. They need him and Leonard both to show, period.
His offense is fine. Being a great rim protector, and rebounder which he has been all season is what he needs to get back too imo.
would spell disaster for sure. cross fingers, pray, sacrifice something or you're toast
needs more dirty work from him..0 blk//0 AST only 6 reb/5 FTA in 37 minutes....
Big bounce back incoming. Book it
People blame DWest and Boris for some good reasons tonight, but they don't realize David -at least- was rebounding harder than they think.
West 7 reb in 24 min
LMA 6 in 37
We should have won game 2. KDs superstar monster game was sufficient to win in OKC. LMA superstar monster 41 pts game should have been sufficient to win if others had shown up. Kind of bittersweet that KD gets all this hype when LMA had a similar monster game that we lost.
We straight up just stopped going to him. He had like 5 post touches the entire game for a player that was shooting 75 percent.
It's pretty clear Pop overplayed his hand.
He's a mental midget tbh. Not sure if it's the thunder or the mounting pressure on him to be a player he's not capable of being, but his true colors have been showing the last 2 games.
When his shots aren't falling he has been known to defer and hide himself in the shadows late in games. Not really a good defender or elite rebounder so if he's missing shots he gets discouraged easily
Not in the last two games. 8-21 in Game 3 and 8-18 tonight
i'll sacrifice your sister's virginity
He has exceeded expectations, so far, tbh... I though he was going to fold in the playoffs like he did most of his tenure in Portland, tbh, but he's been very good...
Hopefully he has a few more stellar games in this series.
For him, Kawhi, all the good guys in Silver and Black.![]()
What?
Aldridge has been a very inconsistent player during the postseason when he was with the Blazers, but he has been perfectly fine so far this postseason. Yeah his defense and shot blocking could be better, and hopefully Pop will put him in situations on defense that he will be capable of doing that in game 5, which I don't see OKC making much adjustments anymore this series.
Wonder how his leg is feeling...
Thunder played desperate and Durrant was not human. That won't happen in Game 5. Spurs will step up and win. I think they take game 6 too.
I read that the Thunder defensive scheme is built around denying points in the paint. In game 3, the Spurs recorded their lowest playoff points-in-the-paint total since 2004. Yep, '04. Phil adjusted by denying paint points and forcing our shooters to beat him. Remember how Duncan and Parker killed the Lakers in the first 2 games? Then Phil adjusted, and both Duncan and Tony were relatively held in check because the shooters couldn't make shots and reopen the paint.
The Thunder are taking away the 3 pointer and the paint here. The former is easy to do, because we have only one spot up 3 shooter on the floor at any given time. I think Pop needs to counter and run some spot up 3's for Kawhi to get the Thunder rotating more and space them out.
He's being guarded by two seven footers and an athletic shot blocker but still has been one of the two best Spur this series. It's the other bigs that have not shown up.
Don't get this.
SL=Danny-Kawhi. Bench+Kawhi=Patty, Manu, Kawhi
Sucks that a supposed "Top 5 coach ever" can't get him easier looks. .. at least a simple mismatch, his postups are always against Adams, Ibaka, Kanter (who is surprisingly a good post defender, it's P&R that kills him)
Taking the same shots he took in Portland smh.
Kawhi isn't a "spot up" shooter like he once was. Spot up shooter hangs out at the 3 point line to space the floor for the penetrators and post-players. That's why I said Pop needs to run a few more spot up sets for Kawhi if the Thunder are going to crowd the paint and take away his lanes. If he starts killing them from deep, everything will open up again.
