    Anyone who watched his 2013 playoff run could have predicted he would be a MUCH BETTER scorer than Nash. He's still not as good a passer/decision maker as Nash, that would be Chris Paul. I thought Curry would be a shorter version of Ray Allen but he reached that level in 2014 & surpassed him in 2015.

    That's exactly what I thought when I saw him play at Davidson. Never thought he would go beyond Ray Allen type of s om.

    Even in 2013, he had that Gilbert Arenas "I'm going to take a 30 footer off the dribble w/ a defender in my face" mentality but he didn't get to the line or finish at the rim at an elite level. (James Harden ended up being a subdued version of Gilbert Arenas)

    The OP was wrong about Curry but to tbh I don't think anybody envisioned Curry becoming the type of player he would become 3 years ago. Nobody could have seen this type of evolution taking place back then. I don't think many saw him dominating the league during the summer of 2014. I give Curry credit for making this transformation but his rise the last few years is something out of a movie.
