It's possible he'd be a first round exit every year in the West. Not exactly a shame, the Spurs were one last year and there was nothing bad about that. Someone had to lose. When the 5th best team generally wins around 55 games, it happens.

But yet 2-4 in the Finals, meaning he wouldn't have gotten out of the West on those 3 occasions.
