Real Ale White
Belgian-inspired wheat beer
A delectable meal in a can. Tried it with grilled pine apple and it was divine.

that's wtf I'm talking bout.. will demand from my local store if they don't have it
Finally had Pineapple Sculpin on tap after months of bottles. s like candy.
Had some of this when I was up in Dallas last weekend. Good stuff
Yeah, Laguintas IPA is the motherufcking
Perhpas the beer of the Gods
maybe
That's what I normally drink when I go to my favorite bar. Even have that and Inversion in the fridge.
Odell IPA has been my go to for while now when I'm at the house...but Lagunitas or Deep Ellum IPA is usually what I have when I'm out eating somewhere. All three are solid IPAs. I mentioned this to someone else, but if you like that one pick up a bomber of their Hop Stoopid Ale.
My local drafthouse finally got some G'Night Imperial Red Ale back on tap again. Oskar Blues really makes some great ing beers.
Not a huge fan of Lagunitas IPA, but i'll grab one at Highland Theater in Austin cause it's the only IPA. All of their other pales/IPAs are way better imo. Lagunitas Sucks is one of my all time faves
Yeah...they have both Lagunitas and Deep Ellum on tap at the drafthouse I frequent and I never drink either there. If I'm doing an IPA there I'm either getting Fresh Squeezed, Dreamcrusher or Mycernary.
This is up there for me as one of the most drinkable beers at any time day or night, along with Ballast Point Grunion ale
brought two 1/6 barrels to my bachelor party this weekend and they were gone the first night.Had to drink Stone Go To the rest of the weekend.
We are getting Alesmith pretty soon![]()
Nice. Try this first, not a big fan of any of their other beers.
Will probably pick up some Odell this week, heard lots of good things about it and I've eyed it many times before but just never managed to reach for it. Same goes for Deep Ellum.
IPAs have rekindled my love of beer especially since I'm more of a Cannabis connoisseur. Beer was just boring before and I never saw it as remotely tasty, let alone delicious until I tried my first Hopadillo. Dat changed errthang.
And this thread has been a pretty informative guide, as well. When I first came across it I couldn't understand why it had so much ing traction in such a short amount of time; I do now.
It's been a fun journey so far, some learning experiences here and there--my dumbass downed a 4pk of Dogfish 90 about a month ago, yeah![]()
I also find the evolution in taste intriguing. Drank Millerlite/corona for years, then XX amber, negra Modelo, Bohemia, new castle, guinness drought and indio began to pique my interest in heavier beers. Then I went through a pbr phase because it's a decent light and ing cheap as --you can now get a 6pk for<$4. To this day it's my go-to light beerit
But IPAs are a whole new world. Off the top I've tried: Sierra Nevada torpedo, ballast point, stone, stone enjoy by xx/xx/2015, hopadillo, dogfish 90, st Arnold art car, sam adams rebel, lagunitas, and busted sandal slippery rock.
Will be trying your suggestions.
Don't gloss over all of the new Pale Ale's either, they are incorporating the same hops used in IPA's for a similar but lighter taste and %. And for an even lighter IPA taste be sure to check out the "session" ales. To me these are the greatest thing to come out of the IPA movement, now I don't have to have a ty coors light on the golf course at 10 AM and can finally enjoy something with actual taste.
I went there before they got bought out and moved into the new facility, it was pretty awesome. Old Numbskull is pretty good.
Don't know if this ever makes it out your guys way but if your ever in North County San Diego this brewery is worth stopping by.

blood orange IPA is delicious. Not overly fruity.
Had no idea what to make of this when I saw it. Figured I'd try it out of morbid curiosity. Not the worst beer ever, but definitely unpleasant.
that reminds me....stay away from this double IPA
I had a ing hangover halfway through the six pack. 10% alc and too sugary.
You are damn right about Oskar Blues. Ten Fidy is just mind numbingly awesome. I have been dying to find the 3 "rare" versions of it: Whiskey Barrel, Rum Barrel & Bulleit Bourbon Barrel. How sick do those sound?
they are opening a location here in Austin soon, kinda near austin beer works and domain. should be neat.
I can't wait.
benefactor you been to The Yard House? Got damn, over 135 draft beers, a ton of IPA's all draft
I tried Great Divide Hercules, 10% abv and Clown Shoes Space Cake 9.0% abv, both ing delicious.. Got an emty stomach buzz on a few sips tbh![]()
Karbach Rodeo Clown, also a pretty damn good IPA but not unique as far as smell and flavor
