He will have to figure out how to have a gas tank to be as busy as Floyd, then. My bet would be he would need to stay at or under 160 when he walks in the ring and that should let him at least give Floyd 9-10 rounds of pressure fighting. Otherwise, Canelo just doesn't have "it" to beat Mayweather. He's got a punchers chance to catch him like Mosley did and would need to follow up unlike Mosley.

Yeah i agree. I think we saw how Maidana faded after those first six rounds. Keeping up that pace is crazy. Floyd's just too crafty and he'll take away what he does best and next thing you know, you may have a possible boring fight; even though that first Canelo fight was nice. Dude even backed Canelo up at times and stayed in the pocket.

considered mayweather made his "last fight" andre in berto, i wouldnt be shocked if he just picks another under-qualified opponent. he just wants to get his 50-0 and get back out

Nah, McGregor is too stuck up to accept the kind of split Mayweather would demand. He's acting like he's some sort of superstar boxer now

Pac isn't retired, he'll be back for another fight
With Pac winning the Phil senate, it's over. He won't fight no more.

Too bad, I really wanted to see Pacquiao vs Canelo.

Supposedly he sparred with Pacquiao before the Floyd fight, he then denied it saying he was never contacted by Pacquaio's team.

If Floyd/Lara ever happened, I wonder who would be boxing off their back foot

    and this..

Pacquiao’s trainer, Freddie Roach, told the Los Angeles Times on Tuesday that the unbeaten and retired Mayweather (49-0) has paid two visits to Roach’s Wild Card Boxing Club in Hollywood this month, one in which Mayweather and Roach talked pleasantly without addressing the million-dollar question.

Which is, will either of the retired former multidivision champions fight again?

“Very unusual now how Mayweather’s been here twice,” Roach said. “He wanted to watch sparring the other day. I wasn’t here. But the first time he came by, he came upstairs and saw me. Very nice talk, yes. Me and him are OK.”
