Why anyone would ever break and enter in Texas unless they know for certain the house is unoccupied is beyond me. Everyone has guns.

Doesnt add up, so he kicks two doors in? If you kick the door down and you are in the wrong apartment, why wouldnt you leave immediately, why go in further and kick another door down. And who the kicks doors down? He deserved to get shot, dumbass

Might have been some alcohol / other involved so not thinking clearly. Still, if the shooter's story is right, why the wouldn't BDJ have responded "wrong apartment" or something? Never try to outrun a gun.

Very sad, could've happened to anyone. I know if my girlfriend has her door locked at 3:00am I'm breaking that down. If it turns out I broke into the wrong house, I'm breaking more down.
