BS, Grand. They lost because they were not good enough to win. It happens.
Too much is expected from the starters. In particular Durant and Westbrook. Playing every other day has been the turning point in this series. The exhaustion started in game 5. But especially the 4th quarter tonight. They ran out of gas. The Warriors are deeper and their style is less demanding.

Exhaustion is no excuse. They were scared.
Co sign.
Bench is overrated by re ed media. No legit backup PG on the roster.Still lack another knock down shooter like Ray Allen was to Miami.
They could've used another day off. No doubt about it. They need more scorers off the bench. Which is why their regular season record isn't that impressive.
The series of mid-court turnovers at the end really was bizarre. The crowd was basically in shock.
I agree. Cam Payne looks like a good PG prospect, but they need another legit shooter or two off the bench, especially if they plan on keeping Roberson.
2:55 Kevin Durant bad pass (Andre Iguodala steals)
1:39 Russell Westbrook lost ball turnover (Andre Iguodala steals)
0:55 Russell Westbrook out of bounds lost ball turnover
0:35 Russell Westbrook bad pass (Andre Iguodala steals)
0:12 Russell Westbrook bad pass
They quit. They could no longer deal with it, or, State. They tuned out, the only problem was the clock hadn't run out.
'bizarre" is an accurate assessment.
da is just hittin' on all cylinders this evening.

Pathetic, what an epic choke job...
they couldnt hang on for 2 minutes thread. just 2 more minutes of high intensity basketball and they couldnt even do that. they expended all that energy beating the spurs and cornering the warriors on their own court. they had them in their own turf and they couldnt cope for 2 more minutes. ing baffling. I havent seen a team throw it away so easily since my own did in game 6.
OKC's shot selection is abysmal. Particularly KD and Westbrook, but at least KD gets hot late in games. This is the umpteenth time this year Westbrook has completely the bed in the 4th. It's the reason they are a 55 win team. Westbrook is a ing cancer.
Meanwhile, HarlemHeat and BigDog are ing NOWHERE on the boards tonight. Will BD ever post again? I'd guess no.
No he's not. He the bed tonight but are we gonna forget the beating he was putting on Steph Curry and Klay Thompson?
replace westbrick for porker name, and clowns upstairs wont say its a choke job, but someone else fault..
So the fact that Westbrook is even routinely called out by his own fanbase for 4th quarter heroball and the what, 17?, 4th quarter leads they've blown this year mean nothing?
Spin it however you want. OKC has two of the best players in the world, AND their role players showed up tonight. Champions close this game out. Westbrook isn't a champion because he's never found a way to trust his teammates in the clutch.
It's been said before. You can't have a player that *loses* you games in the playoffs if you want to win a le. Westbrook will win games, but he'll lose them for you too. And against an elite team, that doesn't get it done.
Peachy analysis there Fail, err... Bail.. what's your name again? Pappy?
They lost because their coach doesn't know the difference between a point guard and Kevin Durant. I predicted each turnover when he was handling the ball. It was so easy to do. The game started off with Durant handling the ball and RW just hanging around. RW has to attack relentlessly and make the defense collapse on him. He did that very sparingly tonight, I never saw the slave rage I've seen from him in the past. KD on the other hand tried to do everything. Nowhere was Waiters or Roberson on offense. Adams was a ing beast but Ibaka was missing.
Still, Thunder had momentum and could have gone up 20 or more if they didn't get too carried away on the fast breaks, allowing the crowd to determine their tempo. It's a coaching issue. He'll get better, but right now he's amazed he's in the WCF.
Morning, Pansy.
Last night was not about coaching. It was all about failure to execute the simplest of tasks on the court.
CHOKElahoma, baby! Ringless for all eternity.
Hopefully, Donovan will go to the Spurs when Pop finally retires. He's a Pop disciple and perfect for the Spurs.
