There is far more to basketball than the average fan ever could hope to appreciate. NBA coaches don't work 60-80 hours a week out of their own good will. They do it because the sport is complex and evolving.
I mean, , if it's so easy, why aren't you out there on the court? Coaches at the D1 level and above make millions.

In fact, I've seen plenty of sh** GMs that I could do better than. You should just step into the world and understand that things don't operate fairly or perfectly.

I'm telling you that being a basketball GM is not the high end work you think it is. Yes, it's an awesome position to have; but plenty of morons have attained it (some have even done okay).
