OK, good idea. You can be President, I'll be OK as your Vice President. VP gets most of the perks and no real responsibility.
You guys think you could get along enough to get this country back on track?

"I find him more credible than Clinton"

    check with the fact checkers.

Trash will not sign any legislation, nor write any Executive Orders, for the white male loser base supporting him, and sign EVERYTHING the VRWC/Repugs/BigCorp pass to him.

Trash will be more the same. He won't hold back on wars, will do nothing about BigFinance, etc, etc. Straight Repug/VRWC policies.

pure speculation as he's never been in politics while we know for a fact Hillary's stance on war and big finance.

    Um, noooo.

Do you admit Trump is a racist for saying blacks are lazy?
You quoted an article from 1999 that quoted a response from Trump to comments Rosie O'Donnel had made in the past. There is nothing there that quotes Trump saying "blacks are lazy". You can't even tell the context in which Trump was speaking. In other words, you're reaching.

Amnesty is the only rational solution. Bring 'em all in, and make them into bona fide taxpayers.

They are here to stay anyway, may as well just accept it, and the economic growth they bring.

Should BP officers also have amnesty if they were hired while having illegal family in the country? You know, a bonafide anchor beaniebaby Some boots may need to GTFO as well tbqfh. I'm thinking zero tolerance.

    Rosie O'Donnell?

    (shakes head)

You didn't read any of that did you? There actually is something that quotes him as saying that.

You got to the point where you thought you had enough information to do an ad hominem dismissal of "Rosie O'Donnell" because you probably don't like her, and seem to have done just that.

I am generally of the opinion that people on the right in this country tend to be intellectually lazy, dishonest or both, or, at the very least, like living in a little information bubble and when presented with things that might make them have to think about their positions, clap their hands over their ears going "LA LA LA". Carl Rove's Fox "news" meltdown being symptomatic.

That leads into what I think is the ultimate failure of conservative thinking: a complete inability to process new information or deal with change.

I might be willing to give you a pass on that, for having missed the original quote, and link, but the follow ups referenced "HE" when referring to "O'Donnell".

    5. ‘Laziness is a trait in blacks’

“I have black guys counting my money. … I hate it,” Trump told John R. O’Donnell, the former president of Trump Plaza Hotel & Casino, according O’Donnell’s account in his 1991 book “Trumped!” “The only guys I want counting my money are short guys that wear yarmulkes all day.”

Trump, according to O’Donnell, went on to say, “‘Laziness is a trait in blacks. It really is, I believe that.”

In an interview with Playboy in 1999, Trump remarked that “[t]he stuff O’Donnell wrote about me is probably true.

They both lie, but I find him more credible than Clinton. He may beat her in the amount of lies but Clinton's are much more severe. You aren't one of the people who thinks she should continue to run if indicted are you?
Well, just for s and giggles, what kind of remark would you find racist?

    Give an example.

Trump is a textbook isolationist, right down to his economic policies, masquerading as a war monger. This is obvious to anyone whose head isn't completely up their ass.

I heard Oregon is leaning Trump, Tlong. Any chance the hipsters there will vote against the butcher of benghazi?

Actually your point doesn't really stand.

Unless you have some evidence that O'Donnell was making things up for his book?

What does this have to do with what you quoted?
You didn't find some things attributed to Trump racist.

We may be talking past each other on what cons utes "racist".

The only way to really be sure we aren't doing that is figuring out what you define as "racist", with some examples. If you don't think anything can be racist and don't even think it is a useful term, that would also be a step forward to understanding, and maybe finding some level of agreement.

Yes my point stands and you know it. A quote from a book quoting Trump saying someone was "probably right" in the 90's without context. Really? You're better than that.

No way. It will never happen here. People think SF is liberal, but it's nowhere near what it's like here.

um, you are getting that all wrong.

The remarks attributed to Trump with some fair degree of credibility paint a pattern. I don't even have to hang my hat on stuff from 10 or 20 years ago, to prove he is a bigoted jackass. The stuff from his past merely outlines what is becoming a rather obvious streak of racism.

Trump has repeatedly complained about Curiel’s supposed bias while invoking the judge’s heritage, which has unsettled a number of legal observers. Others have bluntly labeled Trump’s criticism as racist.

The presumptive GOP nominee claims that his plan to build a massive wall along the U.S. border with Mexico has resulted in a conflict of interest for Curiel in the case over Trump’s for-profit university.

“He’s proud of his heritage, OK? I’m building a wall,” Trump told Tapper. “He’s a Mexican. We’re building a wall between here and Mexico,” he added.

Tapper, however, pointed out that Curiel was born in Indiana.

He's sliming a Hispanic judge as "Mexican" (bigotry)

He called out a black protester as "my little African-American friend", which I'm sure the astute among us could hear as "my Little Black Sambo".

If he added "My little African-American "boy" ", you probably still wouldn't hear Trash's blatant and/or subtle dog whistling to the Repug base.

KKK doesn't really align with Trump very well, tbh. Trump welcomes minorities as equals, Hillary just uses them for a vote. Somebody should check her purse for hot sauce.

I don't think there is any doubt that the border would get hardened in some way. Besides, that's a great place to start negotiating. There are rational solutions to illegal immigration if there is the political will to find them.
The best deterrent, as it has been since the Banksters' Great Depression, was a tanked, weak economy and paucity of jobs.

The economy is now on the downturn.

What the border is seeing now is not people coming for work, but refugees from violence, crime in those countries St Ronnie and friends ed up in the 1980s.
