What the Warriors did was the literal definition of folding.(especially of a sports player or team) suddenly stop performing well or effectively.
- Lost the potential closeout game 5 on their home floor by 15 points. (muh Draymond. The Cavs were starting Richard Jefferson, for Christ's sake).
- Raymond returns. The Warriors lost another closeout game, this time by 14.
- Game 7. On their home floor. They open up a 4 point lead with 5:40 left to play. They score a 2 whole points the rest of the way.

The Spurs folded because they got blown out in their elimination game. They conceded defeat. They didnt even "show up".
