I will be very disappointed if Duncan and Manu retire and Bonner is still on the team next year. Perfectly fine with him getting a front office position though.

Forward Matt Bonner, 36, will become a free agent on July 1 and he's hoping for another deal from the San Antonio Spurs, even if it's just a one-year, veteran-minimum contract.
Rumor Central“I am going to try to play another year, hopefully with the Spurs,” Bonner told the San Antonio Express-News. “We’ll see what happens.”
Bonner, a 12-year NBA veteran, has been with the Spurs since 2006 and this season he did not play that much, so the team might not offer him another contract. If that occurs, Bonner might try to get a job in the front office once he retires.
“My kids were born and raised here and my wife has been here the whole time,” Bonner said. “I’ve been here 10 years. Regardless of what happens, hopefully we can come back and do something with the Spurs.”
Bonner played in 30 games this season and averaged 2.5 points and 0.9 rebounds.

The situation is hard to read bc they will reach the cap and will need min level players and he's fine with just being a scrimmage guy for the most part and cheering others. He was fine with letting all the youngsters play ahead of him and if the old vets move on they might want him to mentor younger bigs specially.
Mentor them in the art of missing shots when left wide open. Getting comfortable on the bench.

He's fine earning 6 digit figures a year for being the last guy on the bench, what a nice guy. Here I was thinking he was going to hold the Spurs at gunpoint and request an improved role and more money. We don't want him being unhappy oh no.
