U can't get rid of all your vets an expect to go somewhere.. James Jones has 3 rings because Labron liked his locker room presents.... Not because of his on the court performance.. Some guys are just needed.
There are worse guys to be had at the end of the bench if all you have is min level guys bc you signed a premier FA like Durant (if that were the case obviously).

I sort of see what you're saying since he's end of the bench, but considering he's in a suit half the season - why not offer him a front office position and offer that roster spot elsewhere??
This is what pisses me off. I was pretty sure that if the Spurs waived Bonner last season that he would have no hesitation signing with another team. He doesn't give a , he just wants the paycheck. Spurs should have waived him last season. the Spurs FO.
