Technically with trade kicker, Teague gets like 8.4 a year now but still a good trade.

Probably just 3 pgs, I don't see Utah picking up option on Mack after this trade.
Burke, Hill, Neto, Exum. Hill and Exum could play the 2, but Burks and Hood aren't SF's. I think Hayward will be traded.
It's really hard to see why did they do it, TBH.
Oops, forgot about Burke who really is an afterthought. No idea why they qualified him.
With that thought, it is a bit puzzling since Mack seemed to do a better job then everyone else on their roster that was healthy at pg. Well it's not like they don't have cap space... only spent like 63 mill last year. Will be interesting to see their next move.
Hill did worth a 15th pick 5 years ago and I highly doubt he has a higher value right now.
Is it confirmed that they get the pick??
What? Why? They have Schroeder. That's why they traded Teague.
Keep reading the threads... ATL is already shopping both of their picks in an effort to re-sign Horford
Utah did great. Pacers not so much. Guy just had knee surgery.
Utah is guaranteed playoffs, maybe top 4 seed
ATL wants to get rid of their picks
Kyle Anderson anyone?
Let us have that 12th one PLEASE........
Yeah I figured as much. I was just wondering why he would even think they would take a PG when they traded one to free up playing time for Schroeder.
Doubt we even get an undrafted player for him. Throw in Manu and we get ourselves the last pick in the draft.
Did Utah get anything other than Hill?
I'm amazed how overvalued he is....
Why would they do that when what they NEED is a big wing. Baldwin might not end up being better than Bazemore & they already have Schroder. There are a bunch of backup PGs they can pick up later on in the draft.

2015-16:
Hill was a consistent off-ball threat. So much so that the now 30-year-old shot 44.9 percent on catch-and-shoot three-pointers this season, which trailed only Stephen Curry, J.J. Re , Kawhi Leonard, and Kyle Lowry (minimum 300 points scored off the pass).![]()
Its amazing how how some want to hate on Hill so much. This trade really helps Utah. They have a young up and coming team.
Trey Burkes sucks & will get traded for a 2nd rd pick while Neto is a 3rd string PG. Burks is a backup & Hood is a SG.
Gobert
Favors/Lyles
Hayward
Hood/Burks
Hill/Exum/Neto
I'd take him back fo sho
Hill isn't a creative PG who's going to breakdown defenses or score on isolations (the reason why he gets so much hate) but he can play the Jason Terry role on offense while playing excellent defense. The Jazz have a slow tempo team so he fits in just fine & can play off the ball while Hayward/Hood run the offense.
Bring him back.

I may have been a little overly critical. Interestingly, the Spurs traded him for a 15th pick that in retrospect turned into an incredible steal- but at the time was a bit of a gamblek. Now Indy essentialy trading him for Teague. A good player who needs to be in the right situation.
The more I think about the odds the 12 pick will provide more help over the next 4 years than George is low. SWo I stand corrected.
Hill five years ago for the 15th pick is a lot more reasonable than Hill right now for the 12th pick. Both times one year from free agency, but this time not a RFA but a UFA.
Yes, he's been underrated but there's a cost to using up cap space and not having the cost controlled rookie deal under the $94 million cap.
Also, if he can net the 12th pick it makes me wonder what people would value Green at. Signed for three more years at below market price and two elite skills (dribbling is not one of them) at a shallow position.
