Was thinking about this if they could do it right now. I think 5 is better than 4 that included a repeat. But I think if they had 6...I'd rather have 5 and the back to back at least once.
Or maybe not since #6 would really underline the longevity of this run.

No a repeat it's worth like 1/10 of a whole ring. A. Three peat is worth half a ring.

    Boiled down

    Duncan 5

    Kobe 5.6

Kind of ing re ed question is that?

Americans sport fans have problems, tbh.

They would rather have less championships as long as they got b2b in some of them; and they, somehow, believe that making the finals is worst than losing before it.

i wouldn't even trade the years that the le came to make them repeats .. repeating just strongly lowers the value of the le from an enjoyment standpoint.. it's only good for losers wanting to chestpump themselves

fantasy situation, they could never repeat. Popovich gets out coached every time and gets exposed for being a scrub coach with stacked talent.

Next up for Lakers fans, would you give up the second repeat in order for Kobe to have one alpha ring, or are you fine with two gasol alpha rings?

It's just Lakers fans. They've been fixated on this repeat nonsense ever since Red Auerbach trolled them.

They've been fixated on it to distract from Kobe's lottery threepeat.

Even though the Spurs never repeated winning championships are always fun. All 5 championship runs were pretty exciting plus as crazy as it sounds I think if the Spurs won back to back they probably would have become complacent and the compe ive fire would have gone out. The negative part of going back to back is teams usually burn out and become irrelevant afterwards.

Would you rather be the richest man in the world for two straight years, or would rather be the richest man in the world 3 non-consecutive years?

And Kobe couldn't even get close to a seat at the grown-ups table after MVPau let go of his hand.
