Theoretically, it doesnt hurt as much in texas though does it? With the tax exemptions
Yes, as did Joseph and Anderson.

The SW Division teams other than NO have a pretty easy time, because about 60 percent of their games aren't subject to state income tax. But if they're going to pay him only 66 percent of what he could get, that doesn't make up for it much at all.
The new Jeff Ayres!
Great news, Summer League is going to be amazing to watch. I guess that means that Hanga is not coming over.
The Chinook hype train has left the station
Just hoping he can play some good D
"Tony Parker just gave the name of one of them. This is indeed his player Livio Jean-Charles . For the moment we do not know exactly what the terms of the contract but it is going to cross the Atlantic to join the Texans (Spurs)."
What does that mean, "just gave the name of one of them"? There's others?
Bertans?
The original French article is just referencing RCs quote from a while ago, nothing new:
“I would guess at least one of those guys (will join the Spurs),” Buford said. “Maybe more.”
Yeah that's true but I thought it was known that Bertans was coming before the LJC news. I guess I took it as other players than Bertans. But yeah, seeing as nothing is official yet, they probably meant Bertans.
Could've been referring to the possibility of Bertans or Milutinov coming over? I don't know, would need to see the context of his quote.
Anyways, wonder if this is just a partially-guaranteed training camp deal or if they're actually intending to bring him over for the season.
LJC is a good clapper too?
I'm glad we are getting younger and more athletic.
Bertans
LJC
Murray
Simmons
Khawi
I wonder what kind of contract biyombo would command.
He's referring to an RC interview with mySA a couple days ago where he said the team will bring over at least one foreign prospect.
So this is what we have so far:
Parker, Mills, Murray
Green, Simmons
Leonard, Anderson, Bertans
Aldridge, LJC
And five slots left. I'd like to see three more bigs (or less if Duncan and/or Boban come back or if Boris is kept), another wing if Manu doesn't come back and another PG.
Assuming no one signs for the room exception (though Bertans is actually a very good candidate for that), the team should have about $20 Million in cap space along with the room exception. That will probably be enough to get one starter and two bench players or two borderline starts and one bench player.
It's not going to be easy, especially with Boban hogging $5 Million or so until the team figures out what to do with him, but it is doable.
Hopefully Bobo and Mills are gone , Spurs need to move on.
Well, I was assuming Bobo would go-go. But I don't think Mills will unless the team gets Durant. Speaking of which, if that's going to be a thing, then LJC already getting his deal means the Spurs not giving Murry the 120 percent of the rookie deal would be even more -made.
Does Murray makes Connolly a less likely target this summer?
No difference.
So the Bobo contract decision is the next thing up on the calendar?
