I spotted that". Pop has loved JJack since forever.
put like this in the offseason thread plz.
I can see something underwhelming like trading Duncan's contract for Jarrett Jack.
Not on the Spurs, please. Don't want to hear my tio talking about "Yarrett Yack" all season ... it was bad enough listening to him talk about "Yaren Yackson" in '99.
Does he eat Corn "Flays" in the morning?
Stay away from Jack - can be effective on O, but horrendous on D, and we don't need a 34yo taking minutes off Murray (especially since Manu looks like returning).
Meh
Murray will be in Austin all year I'm afraid to break it to you. Also, he should be. Way too raw for the NBA.
When i saw this, first reaction was why not. He's dynamic on offense, he can shoot and drive, can play the pick and roll and is a veteran so he could run the offense with respect. I think having a guy like him would be a no-brainer especially if Tony continues to regress. Murray's playing time shouldn't be a big deal cause Jack is more of a combo guard and can play off the ball or with it, although preferably with ball. This would be a good signing cause he should be cheap coming off an injury, the question is can he still play. You wouldn't offer more than the minimum anyways, if your the Spurs.
He's better than both of our pgs.
Or he'll go back and forth more likely.
Either way, I don't see the point in Jack coming to SA.
reality kicks in
Welcome to the Spurs Jarrett Jack.....
32 yo exp back up PG. bring him in. Murray wont play much next season.
He also still has a slide rule that he loves. But he finally figured out that his TI six-function calculator is better.
