It was reported earlier that he would be there. Just because he wasn't explicitly called out this time, doesn't mean he'll be on the sideline for the pitch. I'm guessing the posse will end up being pretty large.

Sure, the money is eye popping, in many respects, but it's also irrelevant since it's all based on revenue generated and percentage of cap. It's not like they're pulling these numbers out of thin air.

The NBA should have phased in the cap increases. These giant leaps will inevitably lead to some TURRIBLE economic situations for teams. Can a hard cap be far off?
