If Howard can still play at an 70% rate as his orlando days, the Hawks would have fixed their biggest issue.

His offense is bad and he's not even in the top 30 defensively. That ship has sailed. His athleticism is gone, not to mention he seems to be a pretty negative locker room influence. Plus you can't have him on the floor in important minutes at the end of close games due to his FT shooting.
