Is Gasol a sensible person???
People were clearly wrong about the Heat. That doesn't mean I'm wrong about GSW. The fact is you won't be able to double team these players which means the NBA is ed if Durant joins them.

Ironically, Golden State losing in the Finals actually upped their chances of landing Durant. While the Spurs losing to OKC in the playoffs essentially eliminated theirs.
If the Spurs had beaten OKC in the 2nd round and lost to the Warriors in the WCF, and if the Warriors had gone on to win the championship, Durant could very well have signed with the Spurs this offseason.
We'll have Murray at 6'5 guarding Curry, Danny on Thompson, Kawhi on Durant, Aldridge on Green, with both team's center position still up in the air but that's possibly as good a defense as the league will have against this supposed new superteam. The key in my opinion is Murray and how he is able to guard NBA pgs. I would hope for plenty of minutes for that guy right off the bat to get him more accustomed to NBA style of play.
My gripe about him is that. Hopefully one of these RFA bigs ends up in our team somehow.
That's not the reason at all tbh. You think KD joins them if they win Finals? Regardless of what happened between Spurs/OKC it boils down to what would be the best team if KD joined. It's GSW and its not really close lol
i like Hibbert, he is friends with Timmy
To be fair though the Heat were beatable but they did win 2 les out of the 4 in a row they went to so they were very good. GSW with Durant though would be scary, nobody can deny that would be tough to defend. I hope he does not go there personally.

Dallas RFA Dwight Powell has agreed to a four-year, $37-plus million with the Mavericks, league sources tell The Vertical.
So what's Jimmer doing this summer?
He is on denvers summer league team
This is awfully optimistic. But I like it. Just mention that Kyle will be ready to guard Durant next year.
http://espn.go.com/nba/story/_/id/16...a-city-thunderBut the Warriors, sources say, increasingly believe their chances of persuading Durant to leave the Thunder after a successful nine-season run were enhanced significantly by the fact that Golden State lost the NBA Finals to Cleveland in seven games despite taking a 3-1 series lead.

The Mavericks and Deron Williams, sources say, have come to terms on a one-year deal for $10 million
KA sucks and that lineup wouldn't score nearly enough vs gsw.
U fine like wine baby
I agree with this, adding Durant wont make them better it will make them different. The Warriors were a 73 win team breaking all sorts of records. I hope Durant leaves OKC, if he goes to GS, so be it, at least it will be a 2 horse race in the West.
And ill be 100%, GS has a lot to prove still, they appear to be a team that is overwhelmed in the playoffs, the only quality playoff series they have won was against OKC, but even then it was as difficult as it could be for them.
I heard that same exact BULL forever. The league is ed, unstoppable, unbeatable, 5 year dynasty. STFU with your generic spewing garbage. The Lakers had Kobe/Shaq/Phil, clutch/deadly shooters and were only unstoppable in 1 of those 3 le runs and a team like that is scarier than a Warriors team with Durant. Put down the 2K game and quit spewing that same boring ass bull everyone else spews. Good ing grief. You would think people have watched the games long enough to know their from their oatmeal.![]()
Prove it. (Now)
Doesn't matter if he is Timmy's biological brother. The man is 7'3 and averages 6pts 5rbs a game. Boban can surpass that in half the minutes Hibbert plays.
I don't think beating the Spurs has anything to do with his decision. He knows the Spurs are a great team, even after eliminating us he praised the Spurs. It's not like we've never beat Durant in the playoffs. He knows that he's at least western conference championship bound if he joins the Spurs.
If he joins the Warriors it's probably mainly because of two reasons. Their three best players are under 30, and are all top 20 players at least. They have no worries of any of their players committing long term. Their coach is young, has a solid system and will be there for a while as long as they're winning.
Spurs best pitch they have to offer is their best player is year younger than Thompson and Green, and the best two way player in the league. He would also be the number one option in SA, wich he wouldn't truly be with the Warriors. Pop and KD have a great relationship. I'm pretty sure a 70 year old Pop in three years isn't committed to coaching the Spurs past that, and he might not have trust in either Udoka or Messina being the next head coach for the Spurs.
Yeah, if our big FA signing is Hibbert, we are ed.
Who can you trust? No mention of the Spurs? Interesting?
Religious or not, everybody pray that he stays in OKC, tbh..if he goes to GS, nobody else has a shot, not even a puncher's chance..
