Ramadan is a month of sacrifice in which followers eschew all other foodstuffs after sundown, to test their devotion to the almighty noodle.

Thanks to everyone that participated! I know it was a bit of a struggle at times, but you accomplished a noble goal. The good news is that now you've got a jump on the rest of your 2012 sodium intake!

I love Ramadan. Gives me a reason to try out intermittent fasting. Muscles gains, low fat while eating like a pig every-night..Feels really good.
